This is not an issue with the location but a flaw in the check-in process, that when I used my laptop it would only let me upload a file but take a photo of the front of my license and then it would not approve me — even with customer service. Luckily I was able to log in with my phone and raid a photo. But it was a 30- minute process and costumer service's only solution was to wait until the location was open. Not a solution. My movers were en route. There were multiple issues with your platform and ability to resolve issues.

FRANK M.I returned the truck on a holiday weekend and the owner was out of town till the 8th. I rented the truck on September 3rd and returned on September 4th. I didn't have it set up on my phone on how to return the truck for after hours, so I called uhaul and was passed to various people that did absolutely nothing but put me on hold. The only way this got this resolved was through a email.
BURGESS Y.You can work better to review reservations with the customer and properly enter the request from the customer into the system. The reservation was completely incorrect, and I was never notified of the changes. Then once I received confirmation of my incorrect reservation I called and was given the run around. Unapologetically they made me drive to this Lan ark location where the man was actually helpful however was still incapable of getting my reservation correct and it took almost an hour to get everything squared away. Overall the process was horrible and I will not be recommending uhaul to anyone moving. Charles - needs to work on his listening skills in order for this to not happen again in the future.

BRUCE B.Explain how they are hooking up the trailer. I know social distancing is in effect, but I can listen 6' downwind. Other than that, very friendly and efficient. While I didnt get the trailer I wanted, the free upgrade was super convenient. I went to the Dr., walked to my storzge unit to get shovels and buckets, and got the phone went off. Instead of making an 80 mile round trip so get my trailer, I could pick up a similar one literally within eyesight across the highway and 12min before my scheduled pick up time.

BRUCE S.Although the gentleman at the pick up location was great, U Haul required us to drive 95 miles from our house to pick up our rental. Half way between Illinois and Texas the AC went out in the truck, and it was a pretty new vehicle. Because we were pressed for time, we didn't have it repaired. We also rented a motorcycle trailer and there was a problem with the taillights which we had repaired before we left. Road service for that was okay, but lights failed again once we arrived at our destination. Very costly too. If you need to use this company, deal directly with the location you'd like to pick up from. Calling the 800 number or going online, the customer service will be worse.

BILL T.Not the franchise owners fault at all. He was extremely friendly/professional. However, I asked for a 6x12 utility trailer. After the U-Haul hub sent me to three locations, I finally gave up. Teach your people the difference between a 6x12 utility trailer and a 6x12 enclosed trailer.
