Please check the vehicle when returned, make sure it was cleaned by the renters and in good shape. The vehicle tire had a very low air and almost empty of fuel. We had a hard time looking for a fuel store and so with working air pump service which delayed our travel time. Twice the tire pressure was very low.
Abelinda BThe truck as a total mess with mud all over the floorboard. The fuel was left right on empty and I had to immediately fill it up. The location also stated that the fuel level was 13/16 full. They lied and I have the pictures to prove it. I want at least my money back for filling that tank.

dolores mI reserved a 26' truck at a closer location on Wednesday. I got a call late Friday saying it could not be accommodated. My planned moving day was Saturday and I had to drive further and get a lesser size truck than I reserved. Faster communication would have helped my decision.

Encil WI dropped off during open hours. No one was there. I call the phone number on door and left a voicemail. I Received a text. I never entered or verbally spoke with anyone. All communication was by way of text. Therefor I can’t rate if the in side or anywhere one personally. Therefore my answer to the question is no.

Lisa WFirst off we set the reservation up a month in advance. Then days before we needed it the pick up location was changed three times. The final pick up was about 35 miles from my home. So I had to use up 70 miles before even loading the truck. Then the tow trailer was not kept up in my opinion since we had a blow out about three hours into our ride. Then we had to wait on the interstate an hour out of Montgomery Alabama for over two and a half hours before getting back on the road. The blow our also caused damage to the car effecting the brakes and body to the front passenger side of the car. Then we I called to check up on the tire repair. I was rudely spoken too by one of your reps. It was very condescending and unhelpful. He wanted to change the whole deal and make us wait if a tow truck.
Sheree CNo help to hookup trailer. The first trailer the lights did not work. Had to come back later for another trailer. The second trailer only the brake lights and blinkers worked. No running lights worked
James SI called the 1800 number on sunday 14th. I was trying to find iut if i could drop the trailer at a different location and i was trying to tell the guy on the phone that i had more than one reservation because he wasn’t seeing the one i was calling about. He hung up on me twice he should be fired for his rudeness to a customer

Amber SNo one is there. I spent 1 1/2 hours on phone with customer service because location was closed. It was 30 degrees outside and wind blowing. Trying to get app working. Customer service back and forth between website and app. I kept being transferred.

Clark BI would absolutely NOT recommend uhaul to anyone ! I would go as far as to WARN people about uhaul ! First there was the issue of being overcharged for an insurance that I never asked for or agreed to. Then, the truck I got had an ashtray FULL of cigarettes and ashes ! Next, the entire windshield was covered with tobacco residue and made it super dangerous to drive at night to be able to get to a safe exit to clean it ! Next, I returned the truck a DAY EARLY and got a notification that the truck was late, and that the cargo trailer I also rented and RETURNED was missing or not returned and I was being charged an additional $232!!!!!!
Jade SAppliance dolly was not in trailer and the drop box to place lock in from uhaul pick up did not have a place to put lock in. Had to leave on ground by the door and take photos to show if i got charged the $25 lock fee for it not being there if stolen. Would not pick up from this location again. Too many issues.

Latoya pNo one was onsite for the drop-off during the hours posted for business. I went back the next morning for drop-off and no one was onsite at 9:30AM. I left the trailer in the drop-off yard. The trailer performed perfectly.

Mike SThis location never answers calls. I had drop the U-Haul off on Tuesday evening due to work schedule so they were closed.
CoVasha BThe facility and the person who check us in were great. We got a brand new truck and a nice dolly. What was not pleasant in this experience was that Uhaul changed the location where we were to pick up the truck to ANOTHER town and did not notify us. I only found out b/c I was concerned that I did not get an email or phone call confirming my reservation. When I called, I found out that the pick up was not in the town we live in, but a town 24 miles away which was VERY inconvenient, especially for drop off. THEN, I got a text later that night asking me if I returned the truck which we had. But to respond to the text, I had to be at the facility and take pictures of the truck. Since I was home, 24 miles away, I was not going to do that. No problem, says the fine print, Uhaul will charge me a $20 fee for NOT checking out. I don't have a problem with the facilities, the managers, the equipment. I DO have a problem with corporate management and hidden fees.

ELWYN GI Have called the office 2x since returning the truck, left voicemails, have not gotten a return call. I refilled the fuel level to the same level it was when it was driven off the lot. I was still charges $37 and change for 8 gallons of fuel. Like I said the truck was returned with the same amount of fuel it left the lot with. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! Renee D 985-888-9820

JACK TGood place to drop off but no one was there and we needed help. Thank goodness the toll free Uhaul staff answered and helped us with drop off.
RENICK STruck rental and office staff were great. Tow Dolly tires were no good. Passenger side tire on tow dolly blew out at highway speed and damaged my wife's car.

David LI was unable to get my deposit back the same day because no one told me at that location, your money had to be mailed to you in five to seven days. This was very upsetting because I really needed my money the same day.

kathy aI went to pick-up my U-Haul rental at the Sullivan Dr. location at 8am on Saturday morning. I spent 4hours at the location trying to get the lock of the truck so I could get the key to the truck all the while on the phone with U- Haul with assistance. I also must mention it was pooring down rain and I was soaked. the multiple reps I spoke to on the phone were helpful, apologetic and nice, but we were not able to unlock the lock. finally I was sent to another location only to get there and not be able to unlock the lock on that truck either. The owner of this location at R&R Lawn Mower Service did come out and was helpful in getting the lock off the truck. we tried again in front of him with him showing us exactly what to do and it did not work for us and we were doing the correct line up the entire time. This was beyond and awful experience with U-Haul and I think I deserve a discount or actually a refund for my rental. ..........Edna Jeanette Richardson

Crawling all over the inside and on the outside of the cab of the truck When I turned it in I advised the guy working in the store. he said he was going to put it in the notes. I have multiple pictures of them all over in the cab of the truck. I can show you.
