The 24/7 feature was a major fail due to the lock box code being incorrect or the old lock box being broken. Still awaiting confirmation that the charges were reversed on my credit card.

LEANNE TThe app was not working right which took us 45 minutes to get the truck. The truck was not very clean and the AC did not work at all !!! And it was a very hot day. It rained at times and the windshield wipers did not work well. It was a terrible experience overall.

Jennifer SThe AC did not work; the day was extremely hot. That, coupled with the cab being hot because of the engine (per the notice on the dashboard) made for an extremely uncomfortable ride. Terrible actually. Would have been nice to have AC as advertised. The lock for the gate was bent and could not be closed. This presented with challenges in ensuring our valuables were securely stored while away from the vehicle. Both issues are certainly preventable. Will not recommend this location to anyone else.

Haley UWhen I went to pick up the uhaul they had someone working there (that had been there for years) who had no idea what he was doing or how to confirm I had an appointment to pick up or even how to look me up. Then the guy never informed uhaul that I picked up the rental and I received a call about it. The rental itself was dirty (leaves inside by the windshield, dirty floor, back of truck was dirty with stickers and plastic utensils on the ground). When I went to return the rental no one was working where I had to return it so I had to go up to the other office where the owner of the building was there and he ignored me for a good 10 mins before just telling me to drop the keys in a box because no one is working around that time.
Brooke S1. I called the rental location on Friday (pick-up scheduled for Saturday) to confirm and never received a return call. After calling a 3rd time, someone (not affiliated with U-haul answered) and had to make a phone call to the U-haul rep to find out if the keys to the truck were in the lock box. 2. I never received a code to open the box the morning of pick up. When I called the 800 # the rep was so rude! She kept telling me that she had "other customers she had to respond to" WHILE I was till on the phone and BEFORE my issue was resolved. 3. I would not do an online order again. While it was easy, there was no human to ask any questions of. I will always go to our local U-Haul that I have worked with before and ask them to locate a truck for me. 4. The truck had debris in the back...papers and rubber glove. The cab could have used a little attention, too.

Noah SI ordered blankets through the U-Haul app but when I got to the location I was informed that they don’t inventory blankets. I should have been warned beforehand. There needs to be better collaboration between U-haul central and its locations that allows a vendor to indicate what they jave to rent and what they don’t. Otherwise, a good experience

charles oThe truck was covered in snow and ice. The ack was open with snow in it. The truck would not start for a long time. The lockbox was very difficult to open because the numbers on the tumbler would not move. It was a very difficult process after using uhal many times and had no issues.
DENNIS PMake sure the equipment is clear of snow (the windshield at a minimum) and has an adequate amount of fuel.

I will not be renting another uhaul due to thr lack of respect, help, and cooperation I received from each location and the company itself.

Patrick PI was scheduled two weeks in advance for Cranberry twp pa. I was called the night before that truck is not there and I would need to travel hour and half to Indiana pa . To add to stress the location opens at 10am. Uhaul needs to get there shit together. Bad customer service. This mess up put me behind moving my family by 4 hours. Uhaul sucks but these two locations did what they could do to help. Hope I don’t have to rent from Uhaul again.
Kevin MEquipment rental pickup location too far from requested location. Moving is stressful enough without having to drive over an hour to just pick up the truck. Extremely dissatisfied but it’s not this locations fault.

Forrest MThe person “ in charge” of Uhaul rentals isn’t there quite often. I’ve rented there twice now and both times he was very hard to reach. When i called to confirm both times someone else “ didn’t know when he would be there” and didn’t offer to help until I insisted he look up and confirm my rental. When I went to pick up the trailer at the appointed time he was “ off fishing “according to the person there. The person who was there asked if I needed help hitching up the trailer. I said yes and he said “ I hope I can figure it out myself...”. Didn’t give me much confidence. He WAS helpful though...I was glad he was there. Clearly the person in charge of rentals is not doing his job at this location.

I was never notified of this change and there were a handful of trucks of the same size available at that location, so I’m not really sure why I had to drive farther to pick up my truck and why I was not informed where to pick it up ahead of time.

Jennifer NI have rented Uhaul trucks numerous times over several decades at all kinds of facilities. Never have I encountered a facility so horribly unprofessional. To the point that when I called Uhaul after the return the rep asked that I call the police to report a stolen truck, such were the irregularities of the return. The notes are in the two customer service calls I made after the return. The reps at Uhaul were very professional and with their help everything worked out in the end.
Daniel BThe site was a gravel lot with old cars to be worked on all around. I parked the truck next to another U-Haul truck did the online check out and dropped the keys into the drop box. Very simple. The site was literally adjacent to the hotel were I was staying that night, so I must say it was very convenient!
MICHAEL FThe truck was dirty soon arrival. The steering wheel and clutch gave us a hard time putting it in “drive”. Numerous times we had to sit there pulling the clutch several times waisting our time that we needed it for. Made our trip very unpleasant.
Kaitlyn MStaff was helpful and friendly. Mobile check-out was slow and difficult due to the website being extremely slow (30 minutes to complete!!), and check-in was impossible because the website kept crashing - thankfully there were staff on-site who accepted the vehicle for me.
