How U-Haul Reviews WorkJust took my keys and said go ahead without ever looking at vehicle, which i had cleaned thoroughly. Told me i would get an email receipt, which i never got and ended up calling to customer service to ensure the unit was indeed returned correctly so I would not get late charge, etc. Overall drop off was maybe a bit too easy, but not difficult at all.
Tom AYard was crowded. No extra moving supplies. Limited pick up hours
Laura PNot exactly enthused, with lack of contact with a human being.
Aaron LBrad's customer service was excellent. Process was quick and easy. We will be back next in the spring.
