LOIS MGive the customer a copy of the contract and when returned trailer with no damage, should have given me something showing that instead of hurrying to close up and go home early. I use Uhaul very frequently and won’t use this one again. Sorry
donna eGuy unlocked door and opened it and turned around and let it close before I came in. I didn’t appreciate that. And he let us know how late we were. We came from Tyler and it poured down while we were traveling so we had to go slower for and hour to get there. We called to let him know we were going to be late.
