I do not like to be as harsh as yes or no, but the fact is your facility is a bit pricy and my major issue was the trouble the office staff had in putting in my payment method and making sure it was a reoccurring, I had to come in 5 separate times to do the same thing. I was told it was a computer issue or so and so messed up, but it was very frustrating. So while I can only choose yes or no, I would give 5 out of 10 on these two areas because of the frustrations and cost to tell others about the place.STEVE A. | Overall Experience

UHaul sent me confirmation to go to the 9th Street location in Rancho Cucamonga at 11am. When I went there they did not have a clue about my reservation neither did they have the vehicle. Then after two phone calls they asked me to go to the Cucamonga street location where I was able to pick up the vehicle. Because of this I wasted an hour and more expense due to increased mileage. The agent was nice however there were computer problems which caused my wait time to be extended. The truck was dirty. There was no cart in the truck or blanket. I was just told to drop the keys In the slot I didn't know I had to check it in or would be charged. By the time I saw the text I had already put the keys in.Rhonda H.

The self pick up option was very complicated and took 20-30 minutes and 2 phone calls to customer service to work through. I would have liked to have a warning when I chose â€œself pick upâ€ that it would take many steps and a good amount of time to actually pick up the vehicle. Knowing how complicated it was, I will never chose self pick up again.Andrew M.
prior to going to this place, I was told to go to a different place on Uclid St in the city of Ontario. It was a gas station with a liquor store. When I arrive there, the attendant told me the truck I rented was not there and that his manager took it for a personal use. He said he could not help me. I had to call the main number agan and after a few minutes I was given the new site to pick up the truck. This was a lost of time and money for me as I was on schedule to purchase things from a store. By the time I got to store, store was closed. The location was clean, not inviting. A note on the door told me no one was there, but the instructions for dropping off the keys weren't very clear at first (not easy to spot). Then I had to call a couple of hours later to be able to verify that everything was done correctly.Sara G.

I reserved this truck approximately 7 to 10 days prior to picking up the vehicle. The day before I I was suppose to pick up the vehicle I called and verified the vehicle was ready. However, On my way to get the vehicle I received a call and was advised the truck was not yet back. I arrived at the location and was lucky enough that the vehicle did return a few minutes after I arrived. In the future I will not deal with a place that cannot Gurentee that my rental will be available at the time that was promised to me. I had a crew of people waiting for me. We used uhaul once before and service was slow, the workers were distracted and confused, took forever... So I decided to use a different location and it made a huge difference! We had our truck within five minutes and the guy who helped us was great.Kayla G.

Uhaul AKA "DINGMAN MATERIALS" owned by Joy in Helendale, CA is the agent who reserved our truck rental. JOY took care of everything the day we called her. I tried to reserve online but because it's a high desert one way rental(2.5 hrs) Uhaul/Penskie/Budget costs ranged from $800 - $500!!! OMG! Can't afford that. JOY looked into it then she set it up so we can drop it off in Ontario which made the whole thing $136/normal price. JOY is awesome, friendly, upbeat and professional!! Any issues she always comes up with the solution that we want. Dealing with funeral, moving and the rest of the stuff was overwhelming needless to say. Be more up to speed on some of the details and facts about the vehicles in terms of laws and regulations pertaining to long distance driving such as whether one needs to go into a weigh station with other trucks or not.
