I only had the truck for 5 hours and I was charged for 12 hours. I also rented a dolly for the reservation and it was not there upon getting the truck. I was charged for the dolly rental and never got it

NEPTUNE BMake sure the location is aware of the reservation to avoid delays. Make sure the location has all of the add-on accessories that are ordered. Make sure the trucks have a full tank of fuel so the customer doesn’t have to be concerned with fueling right after pick up. Make sure the interior and exterior of the truck are freshly cleaned and odor free.
