Quick and easy selection and reservation online. Got to the location and was out within 10 minutes. The return was just as quick and efficient. Would highly recommend this location for UHaul rentals and I will be using them in the future.

The young man who helped me was wonderful. Full kudos to him. However, there are no signs indicating where to drop off the trailer, so I pulled into the front of the location and found there was no exit. Since that is not where the trailer goes, which I found out later due to no signage, I had to back out a considerable distance, which was difficult with all of the cars in their parking lot. Anytime a driver is forced to back out of tight spaces, there is an increased risk of damage and accidents. The young man helped guide me. When I finally got back on the street, I went where the helpful young man told me to go. I would have gone there first, but there was no signage, and coming in from the street, the drop-off driveway was behind a corner. It is unseen unless someone points it out. After pulling in, I had to dodge a major pothole that is large enough to swallow two wheels and the width of the car. The pothole is a foot deep. The young man helped me unhook in a very courteous and professional manner. I asked if the manager was in, so I went to the office and calmly expressed my difficulties with returning the trailer and suggested some simple signage to help us drivers, and mentioned the huge pothole, which made it difficult to drop the trailer off. The whole U-haul trailer and truck storage at this location is unkept, with tons of weeds, and riddled with potholes. Very poorly kept. When speaking with the owner/manager, he treated my interaction with contempt, was very rude, and treated me as if I were a moron for wanting baseline service. I am not a moron. I have a doctorate and have had a prosperous career. I suggest putting up a couple of $5 signs and filling in the pothole. Not much to ask. I would give this location the poorest rating possible due to the incredulity of the owner/manager. I do, however, raise the rating because of the kindness and service of the young employee. The U-Haul area at this business is unkept, dirty, and brutal to drive in. It needs simple signs for directions to avoid potential accidents from having to back out of their parking lot. The owner/manager needs to improve his customer service. If I were U-Haul, I would revoke his franchise. You asked for a review, and I just gave it to you.

A dirt field with mudpuddles 8" deep and No direction of where to park? Instructions when asked where and how to park: just back there, anywhere.... Not that I expected a dynamic experience of "here, we will take care of it for you", but at least the kid could have walked back in the waist high grass and mud puddles to provide just a bit of assistance in backing the truck in orderly position to accommodate additional returns. Not being overly dramatic, but it would have taken 30 seconds for the kid to stand at the rear of the truck with a hand direction and guidance in parking the return. A sign at the dirt field entrance would have prevented me pulling in the west entrance, front of the building then having to back up, head east to the next drive and park. You know "Truck / trailer returns here" I put the recommendation of this location, as it is the only one in Spanish Fork Utah. Seriously, take a bit more pride in your U-Haul representation, don't play the "we are the only location card". Clean up the place and please assist customers when returning and parking the equipment EVER TIME.

Customer should not have to drive in a mud pit to get a trailer. Ruined my shoes and flung mug all over the road and my truck when leaving. They didn't check my hitch they didn't check the lights I have to hook up the trailer.... What if I didn't know how

Mud caked in the floor mats. Lots of mud. Also the center console looked like it had blood smeared on it. Could have been some type of oil or something. But it looked questionable. The rest of the truck wasn't terrible.

I had to park the Uhaul truck in a field behind the building that was over flowing with trucks and trailers. My shoes were completely covered in mud once I got it parked and walked back to my friend that was waiting for me. I had to take my shoes off and put them in a plastic bag.

I was given a u haul truck that had truck with dryed dog poo Under the driver chair. The windshield was cracked across there is any damage within the acute area that cannot be covered by a disc 3/4 inch in diameter (a 3/4 inch diameter disc is approximately the size of a penny) You cannot drive a vehicle if something is obscuring your view whether that be a spidery crack in the glass or a sticker placed in the wrong spot. If any of the following happen to your windshield, you must have it repaired before you can

Truck was dirty - in the cab and in the bed. POCK mark on the windshield and windshield wipers needed to be replaced. Receipt estimated charges to be around $39 - but it states that $100 were actually charged to my debit card. This was not my usual experience when I've used U-Haul before.

I reserved my moving truck to be picked up on a Sunday, when your office is closed. I was assured that the U-Haul app would make the truck rental process easy, even though the office was closed. I am sorry to report my rental experience was not a good one. When I showed up at the office, there was no truck waiting for me. I did not know I had to go behind the building to hunt for my truck out in the muddy field. The app did not tell me this. Then when I successfully found the truck the app told me to find the key lockbox. But the app did not say where this key lockbox is located. So I hunted all through the cab of the truck and the back of the truck and the back of the office building looking for the mysterious key lockbox. Hiking all around the muddy field. Eventually I found the key lockbox back around the front of the building, nowhere near the location of the truck. You could greatly simplify this process by having reserved truck pulled around to the front of the building to be picked up. Or, to have the app tell people to go out in the muddy fields behind the building to hunt for the trucks. And then the app should also tell customers to hike back through the mud back to the front of the office building to find the key lockbox located on the front side of the building. Doing these very simple things would be exceptionally helpful for your customers. On a separate note, the per mile charge for using the trucks is ridiculously high. It is false advertising to say the truck costs $19.95 per day for local moves but then I ended up getting charged over $180 for my rental. Bait and switch at its worst.

Make sure your vendors are doing their inspections so your customers aren't inconvenienced or find themselves in diar straights which could have all been avoided if someone would have done their job. In the last 5 days I have rented a cargo trailer with a broken spring hanger and a car dolly with a tie down so worn I had to supplement it with my own. I was lucky to see it. And upon returning the dolly to the vendor and asking him if they inspected the equipment, he said they had. I told him they should look a little closer and he said: just don't come back. Hey uhaul. Yout customers shouldn't have to pick up the slack or put themselves in danger or someone else in danger. I have rented my share of your equipment, but after this last experience, I'll be looking elsewhere. I feel sorry for the people that don't realize they're in danger.

Parking lot was dirt and full of potholes. The guy that disconnected the trailer, almost rammed the tongue into the RV. I grabbed it and pushed it away, and then he yelled at me told me to stop if I wouldn’t have done it it would hit my RV. Then we had a few choice words.

The truck smelt like someone has been smoking some illegal drugs, it was so bad that my lungs were hurting and I had a major headaches. It been days later and I’m still having side effects from the hazardous fumes in there. On top of that I came to pick up at my scheduled time and it was not ready. I called Uhaul and they couldn’t figure out how to get me the code to the box that had my keys. UHaul customer service was clueless and no help. Eventually I found an employee who was working late who helped me. I have used uhaul in the past without issues but this time is was one issue after another issues with both the corporate office and the local location. It’s not worth risking my health, I probably wont use them after this experience.
