The parking area where the trucks are stored is muddy and full of potholes which makes it a bumpy ride with a trailer hitch. And unavoidable to get muddy shoes which made our car carpets muddy. I recommend using some gravel to make it cleaner & safer.

Whoever was working there charged me for gas when they werent supposed to and refuse to refund me
MATTHEW MDear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent rental experience with a 20ft truck from your Spanish Fork, Utah location. Unfortunately, my trip was significantly impacted due to a mechanical failure approximately 3.5 hours into my journey, which resulted in a 4-hour delay as I navigated the situation with roadside assistance. During this time, I had to backtrack 1.5 hours to Ogden, Utah, to exchange trucks, which entailed coordinating with movers to transfer my belongings. I would like to clarify that I will not be paying any damage fees associated with this rental. I understand your policy requires customers to take pictures before and after use. However, due to the breakdown, I was only able to take pictures at the start of my rental. When I transferred my belongings to the 26ft truck provided as a replacement, I was not required to take before pictures. Additionally, the explanation regarding the alleged damage is vague and unclear. The reference to a "3-inch gauge" lacks specificity about its location—whether it pertains to the interior or exterior of the vehicle. I believe that the damage claimed was not present at the time of my rental. While I appreciate the reimbursement for my hotel stay and Thanksgiving dinner, as well as the upgrade to a larger truck, I feel strongly that the damage charge is unfounded. I kindly ask that you review this situation and reconsider the damage assessment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
