The front door on the driver’s side kept opening each time we drive. We were going to the storage on Peacock Boulevard from US 1. The truck was a little “smelly” too.

let them know its a self drop off after 5. It was not a good experience for me and I wasn't told that nobody would be at location. I also had Bayshore location as a drop off but my registation took me to this self help. I hope I am not being charge for any extra time.

There are many, many Hertz pick-up and return locations in Port St. Lucie. But all seemed to be full to capacity. The above location, which is well run, was quite far (8+ miles in city traffic) from the turn-in location I had requested when I made my reservation - and where my ride was waiting. Not a huge problem for me, but it was very inconvenient for me.

Im bothered that i paid for 24 hour rental and was told by the lady i must return it at noon the next day when i rented the truck at 545pm. I called customer Services at uhaul was told i was able to keep the truck 24 hours. So i did return the teuck at 545 pm the next day. The lady running the store when I rate on me when I came in to check in the truck and started screaming about how I was supposed to return the truck at noon I explain to her I called customer service they told me that I'm allowed to keep the truck till 5:45. The lady scream something in Spanish and then something in half English about how she is closed on the 4th of July and won't be back till Friday and I was concerned that she would probably charge me the three days until Friday which one I called customer service the customer service Representatives did recognize that the clerk at the store did not close out my order so she had done so for me so I would not be charged till Friday.

Not everyone has a phone with GPS the women working could not tell me which side of the highway she was on nor the name of the plaza she was in! Her English was not very good. Polite in person when I got there but did not even look at the truck, which was fine just like I got it and I turned it ina day early.

Location was closed during hours of operations. We waited 45 minutes trying to find someone to inspect the truck to avoid issues in the future with overcharges and here we are with an overcharge of $107. Gas tank was left half full and now that I check the bill they are saying it was completely empty. Very sketchy location. Will take all necessary actions to fight this charge in court if needed.

I was lied on the contract of how much gas was in there, the gas was on the half and I called her and told her I was not signing the contract because the gas was not on Full she said she was going to take care of it when I dropped the truck off. The mileage was a lie they said I went 69.5 miles that was a lie I only moved 5 miles away from my old house ! We made 4 trips!!! They charged me for a dolly and furniture pads and we had are own dolly that was not a baby dolly like theres. We never even touched the furniture pads because we never used them before. I've used U haul for many years and enjoyed them but no longer will I be a customer. This location is ridiculous. first time and last.

The tow dolly tire strap was torn half-way and the owner insisted that nothing was wrong and I was creating unnecessary complications. She was unwilling to hear my concerns or help. U-Haul customer service (which I called) confirmed I should not use equipment that raises any cause for concern and found me another tow dolly across the street. The gentleman at the 2nd location was helpful, but also had to go through 3 tow dollies prior to finding mine because the tail lights were not working. This dealer canNOT be trusted and should no longer be renting equipment out to others.

The store was so crowded with merchandise from all these different companies they were selling for, we could only go in single file form to get to the ladies in the back of the store talking. We explained we were dropping off the U-Haul and the lady took the keys from us and said goodnight. But they weren't even close to closing to I don't know why she was saying goodnight. We asked if we needed to fill out paperwork or if we could get confirmation email or something to show we dropped off the vehicle and the good condition it was in. She turned to her friend and continues talking, we very politely said excuse me, because my husband and I are little awkward penguins who hate being mean to people, asked again if we could get a confirmation we dropped off the Uhaul before we left. I don't believe she spoke english because she just nodded her head and waved us at out of the store. We kept asking for confirmation, but she stopped replying to us. We saw a worker outside the store and he said that they were closed, so they'll contact us in the morning. It was 6:15 and the Uhaul website said they closed at 7. So I asked to confirm that they closed at 6, he said "No, we close at 7 but we're wrapping up here tonight so the Uhaul is closed." We asked why they took the keys in they were closed and he said he didn't know. We tried to get the keys back, because the whole situation was extremely sketchy and we just wanted to make sure that everything was done properly. The lady refused to speak to us and said she was closed. We got an email the next morning but my husband and I would have greatly benefited from better clearer communication, instead of leaving us with intense anxiety that the Uhaul drop off was not done properly. 0/5 stars would recommend this location to another customer.

I payed for a trailer and two dollies and we were not givin the two dollies and still we’re not reimbursed for those dollies. On the receipt they said the dollies were returned which in fact we were never given them to return them back. So I know the Jacksonville uhaul called the Port Saint Lucie uhaul to see if they had them to mark as returned. So shout out to both of y’all for finnessing me

when I made the reservation went to the next address : Your preferred pick up location on Saturday, March 31, 2018: Flagship Carwash of PSL Inc 1914 SW Bayshore Blvd Port Saint Lucie, FL 34984 (772) 807-5725 The day I went to pick up the truck at the agreed address...without notice or a phone call....they told me that I had to pick up the truck in another location....without receiving any explanation and apology for this change

The owner of store was very nasty,rude( prejudice) only wants to rent trucks to her people(Spanish) lied and said that I had to bring truck back @ 12 noon after picking up @6pm the day before .and when I asked her why she says oh not me it's company when I said to her well I'm sorry according to my contract I don't have to bring back until 6 pm tonight she called me stupid??.And said she would call police.She charged me in house for equipment that was on my reservation and got angry when asked for my money back after returning truck . Like I said poor customer service I wouldn't refer anyone to this location...

The pick up location was the worst experience in my life. Terrible. No customer service. When arrived a non employee at location and could not do anything could not speak any English. Her sister left and would be back later. When Sandra came back she was rude and told me not to come back to this location. She put a bad name on uhaul. Very bad! She kept arguing with me. I told her I did not want to argue with her. Please make a change immediately are you will see sales not to good at this location.

I was charged for gas, when the truck was given to me 1/2 tank full. I put gas back exactly where it was given to me and yet I was charged for gas.The attendant didn't go over gas with me.I Will not recommend this place at all.

Had an appointment to pick vehicle up at 6:00 PM. I called at 5:45PM stating will be 10 minutes late! (coming from Coral Springs Florida). I arrived at 6:10PM and lady was agitated and in a hurry saying she had to pick up a trailer and proceeded to input my driver’s license and she asked about insurance and I answered yes and asked about my rugs and dolly for which she looked annoyed and said follower her out to vehicle. She pulled vehicle out of line and walked away and said she was late! I ran and caught her to ask about the half tank and missing dolly and rugs, she answered all vehicle come back at half full and drove away! I was SO disturbed, but needed vehicle badly. Your vehicle operated sufficiently from Port St. Lucie to Coconut Creek Florida but with cracked lower right windshield and a brake light out!

No tengo ninguno. Solo que las instrucciones para devolverlo deberian darselas a uno cuando contrata, ya que lo hice por telefono y no online porque llame para hacer preguntas de capacidad,etc y directamente lo reserve. Explicar nunca esta de mas y ayuda mucho.

The uhaul had a hand truck and blanket loose in back of truck, I returned truck and told women working and was charged $10 additional and never used, I hired a crew who had their own hand truck, I tried to call number and no one answered. The fact of nickel and dining a single women trying to move was not acceptable. Other than that the truck was ready to go at time of pick up.

This WHOLE adventure was SAD to me and the U-Haul experience was POOR ----here I go and I want someone to call me ---and please don't let Mr. Lewis --can't even remember his name ---area supervisor for Pt st lucie AREA Don't even let him try and contact me..I want his boss to call me.He was the last STRAW ---check the phone call HOW disrespectful he was to a customer -Telling me and not even caring what HELL I went through-Plus check all records-- Complaints that are on file for me ---they were nicer and more PROFESSIONAL then he was ........ -Mr. William A. Schneider I wanted too pick-up --On Bayshore Boul. in Pt St Lucie Fl--772-340-7712 a 10 ft truck but told I had to call 800--number ---was kind of confused why since 20 trucks were in the lot but OK ---I called someone that was not easy to understand----she or they wrote me a paper with the 800 number plus 10 ft truck which I still have -and a mistake was made by that person on the 8oo number because she set- me up with a pick-up truck for 4 days instead -never said the word pick-up ...When I arrived May 5th to pick-up the truck in the pouring RAIN --POURING RAIN -I said I didn't order that and they were very nice at Bayshore --and made calls and looked around and made me go to two more locations until I got My 10 ft truck -for 4 days -by another lot in Spanish special services--772-621-2830 from a nice lady .owner ...Problem was after 1 1/2 hour behind schedule ---No Gas at ALL none --not a big deal to U but big to me--Plus the windows were down and the Cab in the truck was Soaking wet ---ALL inside the cab ---totally soak ----not good ---needed towels to keep dry ---as I begin to just do what I needed for 4 days ---I get this call from a supervisor of the area ---again don't remember his name don't care to either but right from the start Attitude was POOR--which was disrespectful -Esp the ordeal I just went through with UR company -CHECK THE PHONE RECORDS ---he just wanted to screw me telling ME IT WAS MY FAULT--we don't give trucks for 4 days --if that is true WHY did I get one FINALLY ---not once caring about the Bull-shit I just went Through............He was WRONG ---and if this is the way costumers get treated ---I will never never use U guys again --i have many friends---He said something about Money back about the rain---which he never did ---Bill was 199.00 but this wasn't about Money to me this was about Respect I deserved from UR COMPANY -and money back NOW --He actually hung up on me and I was billed same amount on my receipt ...He lied to me also --he made matters worse .by his attitude kept telling me --it was my fault when it really was the lady that set me up with a pick-up..TRUCK..Please check all complaints -and phone records -Those people understood what I was put through ---He did not-----Please call me tell me --I want an apology and NOW money back before I talk to my lawyer ---I'll wait to hear back before next action -I'm really not this type of person but

There was an old lady carrying on a conversation in Spanish with another man in this dirty, hole-in-the-wall place - which we couldn't even figure out what it was. There was no insurance offered, no info of any kind, and all she did was slide a paper, interrupted her conversation to point and say "sign", then slid the keys across. The dolly and moving pads were permanently affixed in the truck. I'm afraid she might charge me more than it should be, especially since it was returned when they were closed on Sunday. Even our friend commented on what a "shithole" it was. There's no way this should be a U-Haul dealer - it looks like a front for some illicit/illegal activity with Cubans and illegal immigrants!

This is the shadiest location I have ever been in. Not representing U Haul well at all. Its like a thrift store, packaging, post office, convenience store, legal advise, used appliances etc. the staff is rude. My bill jumped from 38.00 something when I rented it on line to 50.00 something when I got there. I went only 15 miles with the uhaul. put 3.00 in gas in when I was done. Brought it back and the gas gauge was exactly where it was at when I picked it up and she said NO I still had to go put more gas in it. So I had to leave drive down the road and put 5.00 more dollars of gas in the vehicle FOR GOING ONLY 15 MILES. Then she still charged me an extra 2 miles for leaving and going to put more gas in. Started at 47044, putlled in from the move at 47059, back from getting gas 47061. REALLY?? I love using UHAUL but I will never use this location again and will tell everyone I know not to use this location. I have put it out there on google, facebook etc. Never to use this location. It is shady enough, I called my bank and told them what the end balance they told me it was and instructed that NO other charges were to come off my card other then the amount I had just authorized. I got a 10 ft truck and a dolly but wasn't aware that the 10-foot truck did not have a ramp. Usually someone uses a dolly for heavy items and would need to push the dolly up a ramp to get onto the truck. Every u haul should have a ramp! Regardless I love Spanish General! The owner is great!!

To Whom It May Concern Entered online info to rent a Uhaul locally for a 24 hour period, received reservation for pick up on Saturday August 20th 2016 and drop off 24 hours later on Sunday August 21st 2016. Entered store on Saturday August 20th at 4:56 pm, was told printer is down and she will text me the contract. I agreed, inspected the truck she gave me the keys for and I took pictures of the dashboard of equipment I was in for the starting mileage and when returning equipment on Sunday August 21st I took same picture of the dashboard. I received a text from 1-305-508-1769 @ 5:03 pm with contract attached, once at location I reviewed the text only to see it was for the wrong equipment and mileage. I had received a email with an invoice for the rental totaling $291.10 over charging for mileage and time out. The mileage on the equipment I was driving totaled 25 miles round trip and 1 day rental. My starting destination was 2204 Bella Vista Way Port, St Lucie Florida 34952 to 4249 SW Walker, St Port St Lucie Florida 34953. I called and left a message on Monday August 22,2016 disputing amount owed and never got a return call, I then stopped in and talked directly to the woman in charge and she told me the rental manager would contact me in which he never did. My concern is that everything that had happened seems that this is a ongoing type of scam, I contacted my bank in which they are disputing the charge and also I will be contacting the local sheriffs department to file a report against this location, I do not want others to experience this same situation that I have.
