The tow dolly tire strap was torn half-way and the owner insisted that nothing was wrong and I was creating unnecessary complications. She was unwilling to hear my concerns or help. U-Haul customer service (which I called) confirmed I should not use equipment that raises any cause for concern and found me another tow dolly across the street. The gentleman at the 2nd location was helpful, but also had to go through 3 tow dollies prior to finding mine because the tail lights were not working. This dealer canNOT be trusted and should no longer be renting equipment out to others.

The store was so crowded with merchandise from all these different companies they were selling for, we could only go in single file form to get to the ladies in the back of the store talking. We explained we were dropping off the U-Haul and the lady took the keys from us and said goodnight. But they weren't even close to closing to I don't know why she was saying goodnight. We asked if we needed to fill out paperwork or if we could get confirmation email or something to show we dropped off the vehicle and the good condition it was in. She turned to her friend and continues talking, we very politely said excuse me, because my husband and I are little awkward penguins who hate being mean to people, asked again if we could get a confirmation we dropped off the Uhaul before we left. I don't believe she spoke english because she just nodded her head and waved us at out of the store. We kept asking for confirmation, but she stopped replying to us. We saw a worker outside the store and he said that they were closed, so they'll contact us in the morning. It was 6:15 and the Uhaul website said they closed at 7. So I asked to confirm that they closed at 6, he said "No, we close at 7 but we're wrapping up here tonight so the Uhaul is closed." We asked why they took the keys in they were closed and he said he didn't know. We tried to get the keys back, because the whole situation was extremely sketchy and we just wanted to make sure that everything was done properly. The lady refused to speak to us and said she was closed. We got an email the next morning but my husband and I would have greatly benefited from better clearer communication, instead of leaving us with intense anxiety that the Uhaul drop off was not done properly. 0/5 stars would recommend this location to another customer.

I payed for a trailer and two dollies and we were not givin the two dollies and still we’re not reimbursed for those dollies. On the receipt they said the dollies were returned which in fact we were never given them to return them back. So I know the Jacksonville uhaul called the Port Saint Lucie uhaul to see if they had them to mark as returned. So shout out to both of y’all for finnessing me

when I made the reservation went to the next address : Your preferred pick up location on Saturday, March 31, 2018: Flagship Carwash of PSL Inc 1914 SW Bayshore Blvd Port Saint Lucie, FL 34984 (772) 807-5725 The day I went to pick up the truck at the agreed address...without notice or a phone call....they told me that I had to pick up the truck in another location....without receiving any explanation and apology for this change

The owner of store was very nasty,rude( prejudice) only wants to rent trucks to her people(Spanish) lied and said that I had to bring truck back @ 12 noon after picking up @6pm the day before .and when I asked her why she says oh not me it's company when I said to her well I'm sorry according to my contract I don't have to bring back until 6 pm tonight she called me stupid??.And said she would call police.She charged me in house for equipment that was on my reservation and got angry when asked for my money back after returning truck . Like I said poor customer service I wouldn't refer anyone to this location...

The staff did not speak English and were therefore unable to answer questions that I had in regards to returning a vehicle early.



The pick up location was the worst experience in my life. Terrible. No customer service. When arrived a non employee at location and could not do anything could not speak any English. Her sister left and would be back later. When Sandra came back she was rude and told me not to come back to this location. She put a bad name on uhaul. Very bad! She kept arguing with me. I told her I did not want to argue with her. Please make a change immediately are you will see sales not to good at this location.
