I had to change to a different trailer after getting hooked up I noticed that one tire was worn down to steel cords. I then switched to another trailer and one of the running lights did not work. Service team was great just unhappy with the condition of the trailers

The staff were absolutely perfect very very helpful You may need to reach out to the staff at this location and thank them for their mannerisms they held at the most highest level and were extremely professional and helpful and carrying the U-Haul name professionally

Unit was rented at 10 am and returned at 6.30 pm . The rental computer system indicated that that meant there was a second days rent required, although it had only been rented for for 8 hrs. Please ensure staff is properly trained.

Booking and the paperwork was straightforward and easy, some assistance to hook up the trailer would have been appreciated. The trailer was quite heavy and there was no jack on it. It took everything I had to get it on, after about 10 minutes of struggling, I finally got it. Drop off was similar, no help to unhook, but finishing up the final bill was easy.

One of the tires on the trailer blew out just outside of Nanton Alberta and the UHaul center had a tire contractor onsite to repair the tire inside of 2 hours getting me back on the rode to my destination.

Equipment was clean and appeared to be in good mechanical order but had a major safety issue resulting in the instrument cluster shutting off at random mid-drive. Attendant at location was very helpful at pickup and drop-off.

Young man at location was very efficient and helpful. I wound up changing the trailer size at the location after the initial paperwork was completed and he was able to make the changes without any hassle...very seamless process. He ensured that the trailer was hooked up properly and wanted to help lift the trailer onto the ball on my truck despite having his arm in a sling. He made certain that I had the correct phone numbers to call if I needed assistance or make further changes to my reservation. The location was also very convenient and had plenty of room to enable easy access and trailer hookup.

It's heavy to lift up to the vehicle, you need a crank to lift it up. We had to use our jack to get it up to the ball.

Unbeknownst to the us, on the day of our return there was a scheduled power outage in the entire town of Sparwood. There was no power at the gas station to fully fill our gas tank.

The issue I have is that I dropped off the U-Haul when the location was closed, I dropped the keys in the drop box. The location had documented my return was later in the afternoon on the next day resulting in an extra day charge.

It’s a gas station location. The staff are dealing with numerous customers at the same time so is distracted often. However, the attendant provided good service.

In my case I had to drive more than 2 hours to pick the truck up and 2 hours back. As far as the pick up location Justin was great. U-haul is very lucky to have him. I am grateful that we got a truck. Not happy about how far I had to go to get it.

I was unhappy about having to return the truck to Sparwood, as there is no convenient return location in or near Creston. I wasn't given any discount on the mileage which seems like robbery to me! Disappointed!

The attendant made the experience an A+ for us, he went above and beyond to get us our rental quickly and then made the return super easy even with 2 other customers that he was helping. He deserves a raise for juggling a slow uhaul app and gas station customers simultaneously

The young lady who checked us out was professional and explained how the process works and answered my questions. The truck was clean and fueled up. Could use satellite radio in the truck to make 8 hour trips a bit more pleasant .

Questions don’t allow an honest response. Great service at the location for sure and equipment was great and did the job hauling my vehicle. Trouble was the location was 180 km from where I booked it online (10 days before pickup) and was only notified of this 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

The individual who handed me the keys was fantastic. However, the truck had a crack in the windshield that was not documented. The customer service from the owners upon returning the truck was unprofessional, and there was poor communication. The owner initiated the drop-off process and asked me to step aside twice, causing me to wait at least 10 minutes while he attended to other customers and sold merchandise in the convenience store. This lack of professionalism from the owner is an ongoing issue (2nd time in this location). I hope that this establishment can be managed by a different business that understands the importance of customer service.

Our uhaul was old and extremely rusty. At the tail end of our journey and entire wheel casing fell off due to poorly installed lug nuts and as the mechanic showed us absolutely no oil in the wheel well. We were told we were lucky to have not been in a serious accident or have the uhaul catch fire. The event also caused major shifting in our uhaul and damaged our tv to the point of being wrote off, a guitar and our coffee table both sustained significant damage.
