TRACY FCustomers must know beforehand that all of your Rentals use a five prong connection. When a customer does not have the adapter The company should charge for it, but upon return refund the cost. This only makes sense because the majority of people renting will never use the adapter again. It was disappointing to know that this was not already in place.
Dorathy MDealing with the pick-up and drop off locations we were very pleased with. It was the knowledge or I should say lack of knowledge and skills from the help centre. We had a very unpleasant time dealing with the help centre. They did not know if they were coming or going.
Richard WWhen booking a trailer that is "in stock" I would like to take that trailer. I had my booking changed 2 days prior and had to take an enclosed trailer. I booked an open trailer. I wanted an open trailer, instead I had an enclosed trailer, a less efficient brick through the air when on the highway. When I collected the said affront to aerodynamics, there was open trailers in the lot. Why they weren't offered to me when after I had booked one, annoyed me. This is why people prebook things, the choice you offer should be guaranteed. Instead I had to burn through more than usual, expensive, gas to achieve the goal I wanted to do with an open trailer.
