After drop it off in Calgary, I have a hard time to release the tie down strap due to rust. Spray it with WD 40 or replace the tie down strap for both on transport auto. Also I noticed the chain secure my SUV underneath are short, struggle to unhook it. Suggest to add one more loop to unhook it better. Thanks you for great help.

I was delayed getting to Sparwood so I rolled in after the facility was closed. Parked, offloaded my vehicle from the trailer and easily found a drop box for the keys. Quick and easy!!
