This was an absolutely awful experience. You gave me a vehicle that was not safe to be on the road. The A/C stopped working 30 minutes into my 600 mile trip across Florida and Georgia, on a 90 plus degree day. The seats did not move, the driver door did not close properly, the weather stripping across the windshield was flapping in the wind. You should be fucking ashamed of yourselves for putting a well paying customer in a truck that should not be in your fleet of vehicles. I am considering taking legal action against you and this company.

Overcharged by poor control of car hauler assets. Gave away my car hauler resulting in loss of discount, having to go to Palm Bay. Delayed departure, additional miles $, Additional contract and $545 charge, hours of phone calls trying to rectify. I am not happy. An initial $1320 quote has turned into $2100 charges. Fix it and refund all my overcharges! I do not trust UHaul any longer.

Other places are not like this. The facility itself is clean, and the service is prompt and efficient. The representative I dealt with was a guy named Christian. He was very polite and pleasant to deal with. Kudos to him for representing this location.

Jason MI was misled and overcharged in what turned out to be a deceptive rental transaction. I only needed the vehicle for two days on a one-way drop-off, and I made this clear from the beginning. When I questioned the high five-day charge, the agent assured me multiple times that I would only be billed for the actual days used and that the rate would be adjusted upon drop-off. I specifically told him that if I had to pay for five full days, I would prefer to drive it myself rather than pay such a high transport fee. He reassured me that the five-day charge was only temporary and would be corrected at drop-off. I even told him it wasn’t in the contract, but he insisted this was standard procedure. However, upon drop-off, I was charged for all five days. When I called to dispute the charge, the agent’s supervisor got on the phone and dismissed my concerns, telling me I should have read the contract—completely disregarding what their own employee told me. I never agreed to a five-day rental and would not have accepted it had I known this was the case. This was a dishonest upsell and a bait-and-switch tactic, followed by blaming the customer to cover themselves. It felt like robbery disguised as a rental agreement.

DENNIS EWorst experience ever/ truck broke after 60 miles, contacted site and was instructed to complete Roadside assistance request online and left the truck on site, was never offered a replacement truck. I've been charge over $700 because the roadside assistance process did not work and too almost 3 weeks to site to recover the vehicle, in the meant time i been make responsible for all this charges. ALEXANDER HI recently rented a 20' truck from the Vero location on US1. Darios and Chris were so helpful and professional in accommodatilng my needs. They are very personable and they do everything possible to make sure you are in good hands. The facility is clean and well maintained unlike others I have rented from. I would highly recommend renting from this location.

Romueldo ANot only did they use my deposit to rip me off, there also very uninformative when it came to the return. I got there 10 minutes before they closed and no one was there. The key drop off isn’t as pictured in the drop off display on the app. I have a broken foot and had to hop around on crutches around the building twice just to fine where to put the keys. I dropped off the truck an entire day early and they charged me for dropping off after hours. I will never be using U-Haul again, I’m not only offended but also insulted that such a big company has very little respect for their costumer
Brandon TMake sure Address is accurate with map location. I had to drive an extra 12+ miles to find location, therefore charged for the extra miles. Only was able to find the location with the phone help of Christian.
Karen TI paid a deposit of 139.00 when I rented truck. I needed the truck for another day so they tacked on another 39.00. I was charged an extra day and charged 9.50 for 2 gallons of gas even though it came back with the same amount of gas. I never looked at SHEET when I left, just the Guage. They corrected the one day charge but didn't do anything about the gas. Then when they closed out the corrected invoice, rather then take the amount out of my deposit, they charged my card another 119.00 which has left we with a negative balance in my checking account which resulted in me not being able to pay a bill that which was due. I don't know if I will be charged a late fee. I'm not a happy camper

When I received the receipt for my rental, it was for double the appropriate amount; I had to call customer service who fixed the fraudulent charge.
