This was just a great experience. I was a few minutes late and the technician called to check in with me and I really appreciated that. When I got there, everything was ready, the trailer, the paperwork. The technician hooked up the trailer to my truck, connected the chains, the electrical systems, everything. Just great service.

The equipment I ordered was missing. Moving blankets and dollie, so I had to scramble to buy more. But the person we worked with at the location was wonderful.
Kristen BUnfortunately the truck had the tires monitor on I wasn’t sure what it was, I was afraid to be stuck with a bad tire on the highway . I call Jose but I never got a call back!! I made it to my destination always nervous of course. Also I left the truck with more gas that was given to me. I would be nice a refund if part of the money spent
