Ratchets in the trailer straps were dry and rusted. A little lube would have helped. Total bill was over $60 more than estimate when booked. A little more accuracy would have been nice. Contract said truck had 1/4 tank gas when gauge actually read 1/8.

Hard to find office. Not where the pin said it was. Trailer had bald tires and leaked water in after driving through rain with property inside.
