Jay KI was slightly concerned with the inventory that this location had, overall they had a few mover trucks which I cant complain at all. They still had a selection that was affordable and understanding. I was informed of everything that I had to know about renting the vehicle (except for filling up the tank to the point it was at when I first drove it, but that was my mistake) and my questions were answered with extended detail, which is great for a first time U-Hauler renter like me. Would recommend renting from here again!

Na XVery good experience, first time renting from U-Haul, folks very helpful, had a reservation and equipment was ready to go when I arrived, just had to do the paperwork, in and out in less than 15 minutes. Will use them again as need arises.
steven bTo make sure HAND TRUCKS and moving mats are accessible. Mostly the HAND TRUCKS! Could improve Rear bumper by installing a type of rubber on the corners, to prevent the customer from getting cut . The corners are very sharp, sliced my leg wide open.

ERIC BWhen I got there the truck was dirty inside and the battery was dead so I had to call someone to come jump off the battery. When I came back to drop off the truck they had the gate closed and I had to back the truck in FROM THE MAIN HIGHWAY, if I wouldn't have been a truck driver and used to this I would've freaked out and anyone else probably would've gotten hit, they need a better place to park trucks after hours for people
Samantha WI've used Uhaul for years and this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had! The guy there was so unprofessional. He was talking so rude and offensive about gay people as if they don't deserve to live. He printed out contract and literally threw it in the trash saying we didnt need that bullshit that Uhaul makes him print. He told us not to bother bringing the trailer back by the return time because he wouldnt be there anyways. We returned it on time regardless and he tried to charge us for extra days. This whole experience has made me question whether I would use Uhaul in the future or not. Certainly will NOT rent from this location ever again!

carla bGot there to pick up my 26’ truck, 40 blankets and 2 handyrucks. Truck was there but no blanks or handtrucks. You’ve got to freakin’ be kidding me. Why are you so confused about what a “reservation “ means? Look it up, you are supposed “reserve” equipment for someone. To the agent’s credit he did go out and find blankets and hand trucks and brought them to me, but it does not excuse Uhaul for horrible business practice. Also the truck was filthy, someone had broken glass, a lot of it, on the truck ramp and left it for me to sweep and clean.. I cleaned the truck and folded the 52 blankets and when dropping the truck of the agent told me to drop the keys on the desk - that’s it, no hello, goodbye, kiss my ass, nothing. I’ll never use Uhaul again and I’m sure you don’t give a f**k.

Don BI think this guy is renting the trailers for cash and not documenting it. This is what I got from him when he told me I couldn't have the trailer that was on my order because he had rented it for cash that day.

BRUCE CThere was cigarette ash all in the cab and it reeked of smoke. I informed the gentleman at the desk and he said he couldn’t smell anything his nose didn’t work. But I didn’t like moving my stuff that picked up the odor but what other choice did I have.

GARY BWhen you make a reservation 10 days in advance you don’t expect a phone call the day prior saying “we don’t have a truck for you, can you change your move date.” I don’t understand the purpose of the reservation. They did find me a truck 32 miles away. I just don’t think that is good business.

LEONARD FWas charged an extra day for being a little late (less than an hour) due to traffic. No one was even at location when returned. Truck was returned with a lot more fuel than required. This charge was unnecessary.
Timothy BAttempted to get a car dolly at a local location but had to drive 40 miles to pick up the item, then drive 40 miles to return it. I had no success in getting U Haul to help me with this.
KENNETH AI am extremely high risk for Covid-19. I reserved this truck with the understanding it would be contactless pick-up. I gave my credit card info online and purchased insurance. When I arrived at the location no truck was assigned for me. My wife had to go into a filthy office and redo all of my work with a man who refused to wear a mask in direct contradiction to local and state regulations stating that he "did not believe in that Covid stuff." He also seemed proud of the fact that a woman who had visited yesterday sat in another room rather than the office because it was so dirty. We also were not provided the insurance we thought we had purchased (we were not charged for it). This location is a horrible representation of U-Haul and should be closed. It is a danger for customers during a Pandemic.
