CARRIE FI reserved this trailer to be picked and delivered back to the location in Hickory on US Hwy 70. The day before pickup I was told it would be at the location on Main Street in Hickory. On the day of pick up I was informed I had to go to Morganton to get the trailer. I did finally get the trailer in Morganton and was told that I could return it in at the Hickory location. When I went to turn it in, I was told that I had to take it to Morganton. The clerk called the national office and after a while i was allowed to turn the trailer in. Also, when I called the 1-800 number, I was told that the three ramps on the back could slide closer or further apart. That is not the case, the ramps are fixed and were too far apart to match the wheels of Motorcycle Trike. i had to buy a sheet of plywood and cut it in half to make the trailer work.
