I was having difficulty reserving the person at the desk was of no help. When I returned the truck I was overcharged. I would not recommend this location.

LONDON STried to turn in 3 hours early and no one was at the office, gates were locked and I got charged for extra mileage because I could leave the rental and had to drive it home and back three times and wait 45 minutes for someone to arrive!
CRYSTAL LConstantly waiting on this person Raymond. Showed up on time and the gate was opened and he was not. Delayed my pickup time about 45 minutes. Returned rental truck and found that was not onsite and except other customers waiting.Called U- Haul and they helped me with returning the keys.
DWIGHT FMake sure all the items requested are presented with the order at the time specified. I did not receive the dolly that I rented with the truck and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to arrive to the building. Thankfully, the manager offered me some funds back.
