I’ve rented from uhaul a lot in my past but this experience was the absolute worst and if I ever decide to rent from uhaul again and it turns out out anywhere close to this experience, I will never again! I wasted so much time unnecessarily and ultimately it caused me a day of making money in my personal business. Uhaul, you have to do better!

Better customer service, clear communication of drop off steps
Nitisha MI reserved U-Haul for 1 day, just needed to move a couch and returned 2 hours later. Was charged for 3 days, got 3 different receipts with 3 different amounts. Called customer service and was told the field manager would be reaching out and never did. Called the location where I rented U-Haul and was told he didn’t know how to refund card and gave me his boss number, I called and even sent a text message and still nothing. Do NOT rent from this location.
