I reserved U-Haul for 1 day, just needed to move a couch and returned 2 hours later. Was charged for 3 days, got 3 different receipts with 3 different amounts. Called customer service and was told the field manager would be reaching out and never did. Called the location where I rented U-Haul and was told he didn’t know how to refund card and gave me his boss number, I called and even sent a text message and still nothing. Do NOT rent from this location.
