Truck was hard to find as they were in a lot at a different location then the office which was closed at the time.

Angrej SI am very dissatisfied with the service I received from U-Haul. When I booked the truck online, I did not select the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), as it is an optional add-on. However, at the pickup counter, the associate added the CDW charge without asking for my consent. When I returned the truck and questioned why I was charged for CDW, the staff member told me that it was mandatory when picking up the vehicle. This is incorrect, as CDW is clearly an optional service. I was in a hurry at the time of pickup and assumed that since I did not select this option online, it would not be charged — yet the amount was still deducted. Additionally, I drove the vehicle for only 14 km, but I was charged for 14 miles. In reality, 14 km equals approximately 8.69 miles, meaning I was billed for more mileage than I actually drove. This resulted in extra and unfair charges. Optional services should never be added without customer approval, and mileage must be charged accurately. Due to these misleading practices and overcharging, my experience was very poor, and I would not recommend this location.
GURLAL SUpdate website so reservation is accurate. Pickup was located to new far area for confirmation. Truck was behind locked fence at location confirmed and was not available for pickup time. Was offered a 20foot truck we did not want.On the phone for an hour and had to wait til customer service was open to get truck. At drop off was called because they did know know the lock combo for the lock provided by uhaul for the truck. Would not recommend or want to book again.
Alexander PReally bad experience. Changes to pick-up location, difficulty with the app which was required to sign out the 24/7 pick-up, website kicks over to the app, which was causing problems. Items paid for weren't provided (moving blankets).
