This location charged me without consent, for extra-mileage, despite the fact that my actual mileage was below the maximum allowed. Additionally, I returned the truck with $100 of fuel "more" than what I received it with. No consideration was made for that. I will be calling in to complain and attempt to get a refund.

Kiranjit KHuge hole in the floor in the back of the truck, which made it almost impossible to move our moving stuff around at about 3 1/2 hours to our day. I would never use U-Haul again. I'm actually expecting some kind of refund or something because I am so sore today because I couldn't move stuff around in that truck because of the hole in the floor nobody said anything about it. I found out last second.
Michael HWhen I returned truck that tym they waste my extra time and they get money from my credit more than totter amount of using I put gas 15 $ even I drive that truck less than 25 kilometres they get some extra money and now not reply of my mails
