When I went to pu I was told there is a certain amount of gas in the truck they said was 3/8 full, but it was actually less than 1/4 full but I did not take a pic. I returned it at 1/4 full, which is a bit more than I got it at, but they charged me an extra $53 in gas. The guy never even offered to take me for a walkthrough and I promted we should, im which he opens the back door and sees all the used furniture mats and a strap all over the floor. It was definitely not cleaned for the next customer. The inside of the seating was also dirty with the middle seat having some wet stuff on the headrest. Very disappointed.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped it on 1st of September in the evening around 10:30 pm nobody was there to receive it and I parked it in the parking lot infront of the facility. The next day I checked my email about any receiving intimation, but till evening I waited and reached their office at around 5:30 pm and talked to the person at the front desk he told me that I will receive an email in few minutes. I received their receiving email around 5:46 pm that they received the truck back despite that it was dropped there last night, they should receive it in the morning but any how they sent an email. They charged me 30$ for fuel charges despite that it has quarter tank of fuel I can send the picture of the fuel gauge I clicked at the time of parking the truck there. Very bad for speedpro as they charged $30 unnecessarily without my concent and without informing me from my card.

Daniel AThey did not have the dollies I had requested with my original order, so I had to go to another actual uhaul dealer to get them. It added an hour to my day, and I had to make sure to leave the invoice with the truck so they were returned to that specific uhaul dealer.
