The key was suppose to have been in lock box. Had to wait 30 minutes for store to open to retrieve key

ERICA R- not change my pickup location last minute which screwed up my pickup time and elevator booked time - have someone who knows what to do - booked blankets and they had no blankets. Had to go by blankets Doesn’t really matter because whoever is reading this doesn’t give a shit either. When you fill your company full of lazy and non caring employees you will eventually fail. Good luck with your future job prospects.

Eric MClean the truck- paper coffee cup and garbage on floor of cab, frozen dirt in back of truck. Otherwise, truck was roadworthy, and had no issues with it. Couldn't find oil dipstick. Windshield washer fluid was almost empty. Blankets that we had ordered were not available at this location (which was not the location through which we originally booked.) Pickup was a lengthy process as was picking up the blankets at another location (half an hour at the counter to pick up the blankets)

Howie NI was charged for cleaning service while I gave back the truck clean, I don’t why I was charged. While handing over I asked if they need anything before I go, they said no its all done and all good . So why I was charged for that?
