The Uhual was clean but it is in rough shape in my opinion. There has to be some sort of hole on the driver's side because while I was driving and snow was melting suddenly my left foot was getting drenched while driving. I couldn't adjust the mirrors which didn't feel very safe. I know a uhual isn't luxury but it just felt tired and old. The location was alright. Felt like a cramped convenience store. The guy who helped me was nice. No complaints on him

Mary LI am not a fan of the use of app or website to take pictures of truck and damages. I like the old school walk around make it down on paper then both person onsite and renter sign off. Same when dropped off. When I dropped it off just gave him the key and was told that I would get an email later in day. Guess I do not trust the technology. Otherwise everything was great.
