Poor service by them. My key got stuck in lockbox. The agent on phone told me to ask help from guys at spiffy auto cleaning. I went to ask help from him, he told me it will take him 1 hour to help as he wants to finish his work first. Please choose your representatives wisely. Thank you. I had to figure things out by myself
Manish SI had an appointment at 11:30 sharp but i got truck after 1 hour late .. no management. Surprised the who manage the truck comes 1-2 times in a month. I had need to be at 12 noon with the truck to get somewhere was really important. Sadly it got cancelled wasted my whole day . I drove 12-18 kilometres they charged me in miles and fuel charges without knowing gas level was same .. no one was there to check the truck after dropping. When I asked i need refund ey simply refused. Disgusting service i ever see from you guys never ever will use UH service. Thanks for ruining my day..
Tirath Sthe guy at the front desk was ignorant. Didnt guide us properly about how to get the keys for rental as we didnt get the code for the keylock box though the app and had to contact customer service. Took us 30 minutes of paid time to do so

diana nFaster customer service. Keys were in the wrong lockbox, had to wait 30 mins from the time of pickup for the agents to figure out what was going on. Guy at counter didn't know anything. Fix the app as it either crashes or freezes up. Had to reupload photos three time due to server errors.

alan jEnsure vehicles are well maintained and clean. The vehicle I picked up was damaged in multiple areas (passenger side lock, right side dent, dent on back of vehicle). The inside had garbage. The vehicle was out of windshield washer fluid and air was low in tires, vehicle kept giving a warning. Not safe to drive. I've never had this kind of an experience with Uhaul before.
Richa GDont ever rent uhaul from this location go for anyother. The store would says they did the pre-screening and you could drive. Guess what i drove less than 17 kms and they charged me 58 kms driven. So they just added the kms they drove before me to my bill and thought i would nt mind. And worst customer service experience, when asked about it no answer just dont worry the owner will take care you can go he will fix it, and they just sent the same bill to uhaul .
Abijith VThe person on counter is so rude , moreover they hand over the keys more than one hour late. The time is 11 am but they give keys more late than 12 pm
Simranjeet sBetter customer service The Rep sitting at the desk said they had nothing to do with Uhaul and its all online. I tried checking in online and there were issues so I called customer support. The lady was really helpful but it still took time due to delays from the location. The lady on the phone provided me with lock box codes to access the keys but the keys weren't in the box. The guy at the desk was nowhere to be found. 45 minutes passed like this and then he finally shows up and says oh the keys are in the back. Horrible customer service. The Uhaul lady on the phone was super helpful but I do not recommend this location at all

HUDIANNEAKEELY GLock box hard to access. Did not recognize my device. Should make so if book one device can still easy access from any device. Put shelter over lock boxes it was pouring down.

JOHNNY AI arrived at the location 10 mins before pick up, using the truck share,GPS was not working the number listed was not being answered. Called me back after an hour.Call center kept transferring me to the next person was eventually disconnected. After i receive my bill i was overcharged.Stating i did 200 km how can i have done 200km in 4 hrs?? The truck was used to pick up furniture from milton the maximum i used was 45 km. I will definitely not be recommending this location.
ALISA Athey charged extra for the fuel even i filled the fuel tank. also i didn't opted the coverage and they billed for that. they also charged for after hour service that they didn't mention when i took the van,they just told me to drop the key.
Sharon TGuy there has no clue what terms and rates I were offered . I see more than one transaction in my credit card . Each time I call u haul customer care they don’t have any clue what was agreed with previous rep. In short, service sucks and will not use u haul again
