The assistant in the store took 15 minutes to get their system updated so that the charge matched what UHaul through the internet and multiple phone calls had quoted.

LONNIE GI was also charged for 917 miles. I only used 700+ miles and no refund is calculated and given. Why not? Then I find out from a former employee of U-Haul that overcharging is common practice. That’s a shame. I have to tell everyone who will listen. And file a lawsuit.

patrick lService is slow and inefficient. Tried multiple times to contact them by Uhaul messenger online, and by phone to edit our reservation and never got any response. Payment in-store was difficult due to lack of connectivity. Tried to get another 20' truck 2 days later and could not reserve it because they could not get payment service to run credit card. It was like trying to do business with 2 middle school kids.

Kimberly JPoor communication!! They took from my card more than what we discussed… I left the U-Haul as I got it if not cleaner . They are just bad at communicating and letting you know what to really expect and what they really are going to do with your money.
Lex MOnly issue wasn’t with Sportsman Feed but with the U haul website for not making it clear as to what steps were involved in picking up a reserved unit before the business opened. I was to get the van at 8 a.m. and the business opened at 9. I had to wait an hour to get my unit. That put everything back over an hout

Andrietta TI tried to rent a 10 ft box truck, but when I got in, the seat wouldn't move forward to let me reach the pedals. The young man came out and tried to.move it also. Finally he offered me a 15 ft. truck for the same price. I'm not used to driving big trucks so was unsure, but had no problem with it.
Clint HCommunication with your customers better..I was told while rent the uhaul that if I but gas back in the truck and it was over the normal range I would be Reimbursed for the over amount..Upon returning my uhaul the salesman that rented me the truck acted like he didn't tell me that..I will not be renting another uhaul from this location and I will be informing all my family and friends not to use this location. I am very disappointed 😥

Donna SMake sure the vehicle is properly serviced and cleaned. Make sure that indicator lights are taken care of before the vehicle is rented. I spent so much money in gas due to vehicle not being serviced properly. Truck needs to be serviced and repaired. So many issues with this truck.
Peggy HI had requested a dozen moving blankets from the original location where I was to pick up the truck. At the last minute, I was moved to this Moultrie location--which was 60 miles away from where I needed the truck--and this location apparently doesn't stock moving blankets. As a result, I couldn't adequately protect my furniture during the move, and one valued family antique was scratched. The young man at this location was very nice, but my experience would have been much better if this dealer maintained a supply of moving blankets.
Mark PSportsmans feed treat you like a member of the family. Excellent customer service and put you in the right equipment. You need the best U-Haul company around.
