I drove over 400 miles and even did U-HAUL and the return location a favor by bringing an additional 5x8 unit with me. I risked myself and the comfort of my trip to do such. I dont think I have to remind you all that pulling the extra trailer also negatively effected the fuel milage of the 26' truck. Yet, I still left it in great shape with documented proof. I later received unjustified charges from the return location even after being in full compliance with all of U-Haul's asks. I called them on the 10th because I returned the vehicle early and asked if everything was good. They told me it was, I was concerned about if I parked it in the right location because there was a sign and trucks in different locations. I parked right beside another 26 footer and if that was a return then maybe they are confusing the two vehicles. I returned the vehicles the way that I received them and I do think better. Jonathan WThe lady at the desk was very helpful and the truck was immaculate. 10/10. The nicest u-haul I've ever driven. (Which is out of 4 total between 2012 and now). I'm only rating the location at a 4 because a lack of signage and a bunch of potholes and obstacles in the parking lot. Please fix the app. My system says my location is shared with the app, but when I returned the truck it kept popping up with a "location needs to be accessed" error and then pops me to a basic 4 step return page.
