I scheduled a trailer in New Roads, La. When I went to pick it up they had given it to someone else. I had to go to another city!

After over 30 min on hold your customer service office never answered my call. In addition, all this time was spent at the uhaul drop off location where we were trying to drop your equipment. Now, 20 days later you bill me additional fees that should have been taken care of the day the rental was dropped. Just horrible service and I will not use again nor recommend to my family and friends!

The uhaul was not available for self check in even though I was told the night before it was set up for that. I was given the option to either wait another hour or drive 45 minutes away to get another truck. The uhaul was also not the correct size, causing me to have to pay additional mileage. The whole experience was a nightmare, just like every other uhaul experience I have had. This is the most disorganized, uncaring company I’ve ever encountered.

I ordered 12 moving pads and they only had 6 pads. I checked in online for express and it still took us 1 1/ 2 hours to check in. I reviewed the truck without them finding the dolly and no moving pads having to go back in and let them know. The pads that they did find was not folded and had grass all over them. The experience of checking in was not professional and when they have customers come in for store they helped them and then would come back to me
