The people were friendly. Their procedure to pick up needs drastic improvement. We had to go to one place to pay for The rental, then 5 miles to go pick it up. But, I understand by the time I arrived to pick up the equipment was close to their closing time. BUT, that was not our fault for being late because our pick up location was changed by Uhaul and we were not notified of the change! I arrived at my ORIGINAL pick up location at 1030am, when my pick up time was set for 1130am! Because of the change, we had to drive another 35-40 minutes causing me to be close to being late! I am VERY UPSET at UHaul for not notifying me as thus caused me to travel an extra hour out of our way to pick up the equipment in Wilson, LA only to find out I had to go to Woodville, MS, where I originally wanted to pick it up!John B.

The 26 ft. truck we rented was a new Ford (F650 chassis) with a V10 motor and was in very good shape, the tires were excellent. The only problem was the ledge at the bottom of the appliance dolly/hand truck we rented was rusted badly and the leading edge of it was bent up and jagged creating a hazard for anything it was used for. Overall a good experience. Very friendly staff.MIKE H.
No one there. The information received from a U-Haul help line, was that this location would be open until 6pm; and we took open, to mean that someone would be there. It was 4pm when we dropped the trailer. It all worked out, we dropped the trailer and put the papers in the drop box. However, we were unable to get a receipt. We really need a receipt.WILLIAMS C.

They had closed for the day and didn't notify anyone...I got there at 10am and it took 30 mins to get someone to open so I could pick up reservation...then they didn't have the right size... The one I had reserved had been stolenCynthia L.
The rental place should be aware that they have a scheduled rental and the time. Should not keep the customer waiting for 30 minutes at the pickup location with no one there. Should have functioning computer equipment to rent equipment. Should also do a walk around vehicle before renting instead of just pointing at a truck in the lot and saying â€œthat's itâ€. Should also make sure that the truck bed is clean instead of muddy with dirt, leaves, and sticks. Should also provide paperwork with instructions on how much fuel to return vehicle with and drop off location.Aaron M.
