Actual address is a detail shop locked up tight behind a chain link fence. Never would have known to park the truck across the street in a vacant lot but for another U-haul parked there. Felt very uncomfortable leaving the truck overhead door without a padlock as two dollies and 24 moving blankets are left unlocked in a sketch neighborhood. Called the 800 number and was told if I dropped it at a location other than what was stated on the contract, there would be at least a $200 surcharge. Found the drop box, went through app drop off process, dropped the keys in the box and struck driving a fully loaded 20 footer from Denver to Houston off my bucket list. Thank you U-Haul!! Great experience.
DANIEL OHi All, This location was an empty lot in a very unsafe looking community. My son and me was very concerned to park our car there when we picked up the truck. The truck was reasonability clean from inside but it is very aged truck and you can feel that when you drive it. I rented Uhaul so many times for different locations in US and Canada. This is the first time to see such a really aged truck with unusual engine sound (as if it was maintained so many time times). Having said that, I liked the fully automated service that I can pick up and drop of the truck at any time using my uhaul app 24/7. It was great experience for me that I would love to see it happening in better locations with better trucks.
Markos SI was double charged because of the app that is absolutely garbage and it took a hour just to check the truck back in.
ANTHONY LThe uhaul was fine. I don’t understand why I was charged the $99 for returning it before my 24 hour mark I was never told about getting paid by the mileage not once. So I would like to know if I can get that part of my money back?
Nathan ODidn’t have vehicle we reserved. Lied and said fuel was accurately fueled. Fuel fee was ridiculously over charged. Gave us another truck smaller than the one we order. Billed us for the bigger truck not the one that was given. Couldn’t return because they never updated in the app. No one was on site. Had to call the number to get someone to walk over. They check the smaller truck until like almost 2 days later.
