I don't even think it's the location's fault. This is just a bizarre scenario that is an obvious cost-cutting measure wherein customer experience suffers. No code was given to the key box. The truck was parked behind multiple other trucks and I wasted almost an hour of my time and rental period waiting for basic functionality to take place.

Jose SYes, the original pick-up location, Lavish Living, failed to move my rental into the 24/7 app space and move the key to the drop box. This resulted in a 7am location change that was completely unnecessary. I spoke to someone at LL the day before to ensure the appt. was 24/7 as the location opened at 930am. He failed to complete that task fully. I will not recommend that spot to anyone.
Camden KApp would not geofence let me check in or complete check in later. Trailer showed active over a week later even after chatting through the all to close out
Jarrod WPick up location rep was also cashier for gas station and rang customers in between completing contract. Drop off location not clearly signed and located on two separate lots with street between. Rep not easily found but helpful when located.
