Everything was great. The owners even came and checked on us outside of their business hours. We did not receive our furniture pads. Hoping to get a refund on that. Thank you!

I was not asked if i wanted the insurance. I was charged for it. When i asked about it i was told oh im sorry i usually ask. I said well i want my money back for that because i didnt want it. I was told oncd its put in its too late. I will never rent there again.

Wish the staff took Virus precautions- when we made it clear we take precautions(gloves & face mask should have been obvious clue) we were told "oh I don't think any of it is real & besides I don't go anywhere" and continued to come too close to us! Really- she deals with people from all over-get real and get safe if not for you then for US!
