Droop off box location in Crane is not conducive to uhaul. No one answered the phone so no direction as to what to do.

Dorothy C.The renting process was agonizingly slow. It took me over an hour to get the trailer rented. When I went to return it nobody was there. I tried to return it online all I did was get put on hold. For a nationwide company you are pretty incompetent.
