The location was extremely far away from my destination. There were multiple closer locations but u haul sent me here.

Dorothy CThe renting process was agonizingly slow. It took me over an hour to get the trailer rented. When I went to return it nobody was there. I tried to return it online all I did was get put on hold. For a nationwide company you are pretty incompetent.

Ronnie LI was not asked if i wanted the insurance. I was charged for it. When i asked about it i was told oh im sorry i usually ask. I said well i want my money back for that because i didnt want it. I was told oncd its put in its too late. I will never rent there again.
Brandi CWish the staff took Virus precautions- when we made it clear we take precautions(gloves & face mask should have been obvious clue) we were told "oh I don't think any of it is real & besides I don't go anywhere" and continued to come too close to us! Really- she deals with people from all over-get real and get safe if not for you then for US!
