The lighting in this location sucks\n They also need to be truthful about when the truck was dropped off.\n The door has a ring camera which will clearly show what time I dropped the truck off which was before 10 o'clock PM and they're trying to charge me.

There was no place to park. The key slit was not secure.
Salena HThe drive to get to this location with a 26' Truck was harrowing to say the least. The location is at the front of a junk lot with three small metal sheds as offices. All were closed (4:30pm). One shed had a small u-haul sign hung across the front porch. A sign said ring the door bell (there was no doorbell). There was an plain old rusty mailbox without labeling. After waiting 15 min I dropped my key into the mailbox and left.
Chic HNo one is one site, phone and text were unresponsive.
