I'm very disappointed, I arrived to pick up my truck rental and it took almost and hour to get my truck. The representatives in the office amd the uhaul rep were having â€œtechnical difficultiesâ€ said I may have to go somewhere else for a vehicle when they clearly can view my reservation. No accommodations were offered nor any discounts for the inconvenience. Not goodAZUCENA M.

I would like to say thank uhaul and the entire staff who assisted me with my rental truck. They were Absolutely Amazing. Every step of the way. Starting with me as a walk in customer, creating a reservation, to the explanation of the estimated charges, to having to make changes to my reservation, and to the pick up process, and most importantly the willingness to just being nice. No hidden charges. They even called the storage unit to let them know that I had mistakenly dropped my storage unit key in the late night drop box. Bravo! Once again they knocked it out of the park. There is easy access to the drop off point and a large, empty space to turn the truck around behind the building. There were several rows to drop off your truck and I had no issue with a 26' truck.FRANK P.

The app let me down a little. I tried to take a picture of the dash 4 times and it was clear to see the odometer and fuel gauge but it would not accept it. Not sure if it was my phone service but I just ended up taking the keys in since it was during business hours and it worked out goodAnthony C.

Honestly, feel scammed - we stopped before we brought the uHaul back (the night before it was due) and put the gas at "over" 1/4 tank, we watched as we filled it up....we were then charged $59 dollars to fill it to 1/4 tank.....It was at a 1/4 tank, why would I stop and put gas in and NOT fill it to where it needed to be. I feel ripped off to be honest....JEFFREY B.

Truck was super dirty and not cleaned outside and inside prior to my picking it up. It had also been sitting directly in the sun for hours probably so when I got in, it burned the back of my legs on the seat and steering wheel was too hot.JENAE G.

Fix your trucks The one I rented felt like I was sitting in a blender, hurt my back, handled terrible Also the place I picked it up didn't have it ready by 7am so I had to may my movers an extra 1 1/2 hours for sitting around because I couldn't get the truck until 8 The truck was filthy when I picked it upHOWARD M.

Picking up a truck on the phone is a real headache. Most of the verification stuff could be done at the time of reservation so I could just take the keys and go. Also it is difficult to resolve any problems when I have to call in to speak to someone. Will be picking up during hours from now on instead.Dillon N.

I had originally reserved at a different location however when I got there the truck is not available. I had received an email the location had changed however it went to my spam folder and didn't see it. They got me to the right location and I was in and out in just a couple minutes and the gentleman that I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful.MELINDA H.

Make sure the equipment that was reserved will actually be available at the pick up location. We were only able to get one furniture dolly. Also, there seemed to be an issue with trucks - I reserved a 10' but got a call from the location pick-up that they didn't have too many 10' available and that they would give us a 15' at the same price. After all was said and done, we did end up with the 10'. Jimmy was very friendly.JAMES F.
The ratchets on the trailer dolly was corroded and hard to undo, it took more than one hour to loosen them to get the car off the dolly. The agent was not friendly.Darius B.
