Bobbi LAlfaro went above and beyond his duties when he stayed past closing time and helped us to get my vehicle on the trailer. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, professional, and courteous. We were absolutely lost without him. He is an exceptional young man and should be used as a model of what an exceptional employee should be. That man DEFINITELY deserves a raise and has a very bright future!!
