They were great, the guy helping was friendly and helpful. The only thing that isn't part of U Haul return is some sort of documentation that says it was returned in good condition.

I got the trailer and went back to my house. The next morning we started to load the trailer and we could not open the trailer as there was a Uhaul padlock on it. I had to drive 35 miles and round trip it took a quarter of a tank to get a trailer without a lock.
