Awesome and easy experience. We had to order an extra 6x12 trailer at the last second and the UHaul employee was outside waiting for me when I arrived.

The the person there told me to just leave the truck and they'd process it later. I had to leave with no receipt showing I had dropped it off nothing. Very uncomfortable situation. And because they didn't process it upon return, the charge for going over mileage was a complete surprise since I had been told by two reservation people in town moving was unlimited mileage.

If the cleanliness of the vehicle is major point of interest you should walk the vehicle before renting to show you actually cleaned it out before renting. Total scam, $180 for 17 hours of service and u advertise rates of 39.95 whatever

Service was fast quick and easy for me. It was a stressful day for me. Moving because of breakup with girlfriend. They only had 1 truck, a 15', which was the perfect size for me. It really helped and saved me. The simplicity of the rental really helped me in what was otherwise an awful day. Thank you for the great service and ease and simplicity of use.

The equipment was clean, but needs to be decommissioned soon. The drive train was strong, but the steering and alignment was way off. Very shaky going down the road. PM's were up to date though.
