i was waiting for 2 hours because i did not get a key box password and i ordered dolly but there is no dolly. Call waiting time is so long, I couldn't do anything except waiting the call. I was so disappointed! customer service is so bad, and app is just junk!

My original location (AZ Avenue) did not have my reserved trailer on the lot, it was rented to another (they swapped our rentals). They gave me the other HO 6x12 trailer... but... after hooking it up it to my hitch, the attendant decide to see if it would hold. He cranked the the wheel down to put preassure on the connection... it popped right off! What would have happened if he hadn't done that stress test?!!!! So... an hour and a half later, they directed me to the Germann location. And all that in the 118° scorching dry oven heat! 🔥🔥🔥

Keith P.Don't like the fuel policy of getting truck on empty and returning empty - to difficult to manage and is cash grab for uhaul since it's too risky to try to drive on empty. Don't think I will rent truck from uhaul in future
