Drop off location was closed on the weekend, used drop off key box
Bob DLocation was changed and trhen i get a mileage charge.
brad wWas not given much direction on how to pick up the uhaul. When dropping the key off after returning it was very confusing that there is a box labeled key drop box but it isn't actually the key drop box and the drop location is a small slot in the door which isn't labeled super clearly.
