End-to-end this was a perfect visit to U-Haul. I was in and out quickly and the staff was super-nice. The truck drove perfectly and I was able to get rid of a large couch with no trouble at all. If you need to rent a truck to move something, they will take great care of you.

Nelson GWiring harness on the tower dolly had broken wires. Tux3d in my driveway. Should not have been rented out in that condition, without all lights working. Staff was very helpful.

Drop off has been quick and easy and someone is even there to unhitch the trailer every time we've rented from there.

Lional DOur local U-Haul always does an excellent job. I tried to reserve a trailer from your website. Very poor experience. My reservation never went through. Then I started getting texts (I can send you the phone number if you would like it) offering me a limited time discount. Next, I received a call offering me a free rental if I would just give them my credit card number. Never followed through because it seemed too much like a scam. If this was U-Haul it was not very professional and did not identify well for U-Haul. If U-Haul would like to offer me a discount or a free rental, they can send information through my email.
KIRK CWe were suppose to drop the u-haul off in Rockwood, TN. We tried calling before we left and nobody ever answered the phone. The lady at the Crossville, TN was very helpful and took care of us.
