When your employee brings the truck to the customer, please explain the tow/haul feature. The employee left this feature on and as I drove away, it gave me with difficulty driving the vehicle. I had to pull over on the road to figure out how to turn it off.
Josha W. on
We never made it that far because it had to be towed.

Did receive a receipt the day after the trailer was dropped off although no one was there when it was dropped off.

would use them again

The truck had a low tire pressure indication. The person at the desk said it was a sensor problem. I took it to a tire shop and they aired it up. It was not a sensor problem.

This location is on a dirt lot, sloped on a hill. Driving access is one way in, no way out. Had to multi-point turn my 30-ft RV to turn around and exit the property. Luckily, not many customers were there. The MGR is handicapped, so a young man did the work. He was multi-tasking in the shop and helping customers. They were all friendly enough, but the location was dirty.

only thing i would recommend is try and have another point of exit where you do not have to make a very wide turn to get out. May be difficult if you havent driven big trucks alot

Building is disgusting. Employees/owners clearly smoke indoors. They are physically unable to assist in hooking/unhooking trailers.

I'm very unsatisfied with the original arrangement to pick up my U-Haul as the company was closed when I got there and I had to do alternative methods to get this. please contact me at the following number. (203) 464-1241

The building needs repairs and would be a lot more inviting.

People obviously do not enjoy what they do for a living. Elderly couple , which I am elderly too, but I would have been in a fine mess had I not brought someone with me to help hook everything up.

Employees very friendly and helpful as always. We have used them several times.

The office was hot and the couple running it could barely walk. The lady told me it would cost $91 to rent a trailer to go to Nashville. I got it online for $52.
