Personnel not applicable; dropped off after business hours. There was no obvious designated area to drop off a trailer, and a lot of the parking lot is not level. There was nothing whatsoever to chock a wheel with, so parking the trailer was more complicated than it needed to be; and someone with less trailer/tow experience could easily mistakenly leave the trailer somewhere that it might not stay put. My only other complaint... this location is in a rural area, where there's minimal/no cell phone data coverage. When we arrived, I clicked the email that said something like "click here to virtually return your equipment," and it couldn't open because there was no data. I walked up close to the building, hoping to pick up some stray wifi from the office areas, but the wifi was password protected. This resulted in me pacing around near the road in a rural area, in the dark, exhausted and annoyed, trying to find a spot where my phone could grab a signal. It eventually picked up some data, only to load the email that said "you'll need a strong wifi signal" to start/do the virtual return. If that's the case, there should be wifi available for Uhaul customers at the UNC. Of course the only intelligent place we could find to park the trailer was on the opposite side of the property as the data signal, which meant I had to walk to one far end of the property to take a return photo of the trailer, walk to the far other end of the property to upload the photo, over and over again for each required photo.

JAMSHAID AThe location was closed at the pick up date, I was not informed about grabbing the key on the lock box, so I had to call to the number posted, even though the person was extremely helpful over the phone, that person did not know anything about the lockbox either but tried to call several people to help. she was super helpful, not her fault but at the end I had a considerable delay with all the moving plan due to that.
LUIZ PNo improvement needed. Friendly and professional staff, facility was clean and well maintained, the trucks were in excellent condition.
