JAMES RYour customer service rep was top-notch! There was a woman in front of me customer who was being belligerent and absolutely ridiculous. Your representative was kind, polite, gave explicit instructions about how to take care of her issue and sadly this woman was not able to succumb to kindness. As soon as the woman in front of us left your representative took great care of us, including walking me out to the truck and letting me know how to inspect it. That takes a lot of courage! Kudos to her!
Suzanne MI rented the cargo van which only had 6000 miles on it and very up to date. In addition you get great gas mileage.
