Not happy with their not receiving my money back instead they said they would send me a check,got it back with more a lot more gas in it then charged me 5 dollars for 4 miles over limit, I was not happy with their service at all.

This was not supposed to be our pick up location. We had to rearrange our plans to accommodate your issue. There also was no appliance dolly available which we had reserved a month prior. I expected better service.

CHRISTOPHER SI had a horrible experience first Uhaul took me completely way out of my way away from the location almost 33 miles away from where I needed to pick up to pick up my stuff they offered to take the mileage off and take $50 off as a claim but I have yet to see that $50. It says it could take up to three days. Hopefully I will see it but this was a very horrible experience. Not just about the location location was, not too bad but the reservations people that I’m on the phone with online reservations and people that call Customer Service called me to change my reservations are horrible

DAVID RI attempted to use the app to pick up the reserved truck. However, it would not recognize that I was at the correct location. After well over 20 mins of failed attempts for the app to locate me, I had to call customer service. The rep was extremely helpful and informed me that I would probably need to use the website instead of the app based on what phone I was using. Once I was on the website, I didn't have any issues. I would maybe suggest developing a QR code that could be placed somewhere on the building that way future customers could just scan it and not have all of the issues with being located.

MOSE NTruck was dirty, sticky stuff all over the cup holders and seats. The guy made me load the furniture blankets into the uhaul because he said he couldn’t. Very rude, not friendly and LAZY! The trucks winshield was also FILTHY! I asked about the dirty truck and he replied with we cleaned it last time it was used”
