Only thingâ€¦ was too expensiveâ€¦ I don't understand charging a man per day for truck then by mile as well on top of thatâ€¦ should be one flat fee per day period..how 6 days cost me over $700 dollars when you include truck rental,mileage fees ,insurance fees etc plus the gas I used moving plus put back in after I was done.. I could've probably paid someone less to move for me. Lesson learned I reckon. Note I only traveled a total of 184 miles, U-haul charged me 29.95 per day plus 1.09 per mile ? In my opinion they really took it to me on this one! It's not the guys at Standrige fault however , it's all on how U-haul operates.CASEY N.

The cargo bay had dirt,soup powder, stick, leafs, plastic,and plastic bag. Had to clean before I could start loading. The rest of the truck was fine. Next time I will check the cargo bay before I leave.Charles K.

Condition of the tire was marginal. At some point the tread seperated from an area of the tire about the size of a drink coaster. This wasn't discovered until I arrived in Phoenix, about 1100 miles later. A closer inspection would give me more confidence in U-Haul. I'd recommend to a friend as it is the only provider for many miles, however I would caution them to pay close attention to the condition of the equipment.Charles S.

Had booked a reservation a month prior in OKC for a 10' truck and a ramp trailer. Never received a confirmation the day prior to pick-up like I was told. After calling U-Haul on my way from Dallas to OKC, I was told that they didn't have either truck or trailer in OKC for Saturday 5/22. Directed me to pick up a 20' truck and trailer in Paul's Valley instead. Seems like U-Haul should be able to KEEP a reservation made a month in advance!AIME B.

Trailer was beat up but useable so didn't have a big problem with condition. Gave me a reduced rate due to location issue.Ed M.
Check the truck to make sure it is clean.. there was a bowl with what looked like dried up oatmeal on the dash... I ordered NO blankets there were probably at least 60 in the back of the truck... it filled the whole attic part and a 3 foot pile on the floor..after I had to fold them all to make room... I still couldn't move everything because of room used for blankets.. now I have to figure out how to get the rest of my items that won't fit in my carTeresa K.

The utility dolly and furniture pads I ordered were not in the truck when I picked it up. Since the location was closed and I had to pick up my truck with my phone, I was out of luck. In addition, I had a problem with the online check in. When I tried to pick up the truck it said my reservation had expired. I tried online chat but no one answered so I called. I waited over 10 minutes and then was transferred to another number and put on hold again. I tried the phone check in again and it finally worked.George H.

The guys at Standridge Tire Center were great. The driver's side front tire was bald in places. We noticed it after we were loaded. We took it back to Standridge and they replaced the tire. We believed the truck needed a front end alignment, as did the guys at Standridge but U haul needed to do the front end alignment.Rebecca Ann C.

The truck was not set out as it should have been for after hours pick up. By luck there employee left the shop door open and the cops had to call the manager in after we had been on hold for over an hour, he showed up and took care of getting us a truck, which had been smoked in.Justin H.

Very unhappy, reserved 24 moving blankets location only had 12. I got 12 blankets but the quantity on the reservation wasn't changed to 12. When I dropped the truck off I was changed $74.00 for 12 missing blankets I did not receive. I will be calling the pick up location to get this resolved.Dale J.

I always wash what ever I rent but I need to inspect the rental closer. There is always grass, mud or glass when I go to loaf which I haft to clean before I load. Again I am at fault also for not inspecting the rentals before leaving I stead of hooking up, checking lights and going. I will always recommend U haul to everyone no matter what. When i returned the unit clean and with a full tank of gas I was charged $25.00 more than the paperwork said at the beginning of my trip. The man tried to remove it but Uhaul would not allow him to do so; i was hot and tired and irritated so I told him to go ahead with the extra charge, but believe that Uhaul should honor their promise to the customerTERRY W.
