This location was just really honestly a bad location for self drop off. I had a set drop off for 12:30 am and couldn’t even do so so to the fact of all the gates being closed. No drop box etc. Had to return around 9 after speaking to 24hr customer service saying I wouldn’t be charged because it was notated and still ended up having to pay an extra $60 ? I most definitely will never be renting a U-Haul again due to this horrible experience. I feel as if yall shouldn’t just have random pick up and drop off locations.
