Easy access, but the manager was not on site (it was Saturday, though), so he gave me instructions over the employee's cell phone. They got the truck out to me no problem. I had reserved 6 furniture pads, but only got 2. Not only was I charged for 6 on check out, I was charged for 4 missing pads plus a penalty on check in. The gas tank was below 1/4 full when I picked up the truck, low enough to be a concern.

JESUS HThis location was just really honestly a bad location for self drop off. I had a set drop off for 12:30 am and couldn’t even do so so to the fact of all the gates being closed. No drop box etc. Had to return around 9 after speaking to 24hr customer service saying I wouldn’t be charged because it was notated and still ended up having to pay an extra $60 ? I most definitely will never be renting a U-Haul again due to this horrible experience. I feel as if yall shouldn’t just have random pick up and drop off locations.
