The truck was clean and in great condition, but that's where the good service stopped. I called the location several times to book but no answer. I ended up having to book here online because another location, that actually answered, didn't have any available. When I had the truck, I called with a question, again several times over the span of 3 hrs to no avail. The one time they did answer was because I called their Star towing #. I only called that number because I thought maybe the uhaul line was disconnected. They told me they'd call back in a few minutes. After 2 hours of no return call I tried calling again and even swung by to ask. No one was even there! The communication at this location is terrible. I ended up returning the truck, online again, and never had my problem solved.Benjamin S.

Where do I start. My truck was just above 3/4 full, I submitted pictures. It was returned the EXACT same. The guy at star towing in Vineyard said he didn't have time to check me in. It was super weird, as he was just sitting in there. He then charged me $30 for gas to fill up the tank?? The overall experience was pretty bad, start to finishMarc V.

When we returned the truck, we were under the impression that we had to do the return process ourselves since that's how we rented it. The only problem we had was that we still have not received a receipt from them saying it was returned, even though it was returned a day earlier than it was due. I am going to wait until Monday to see if a receipt comes then I'll call and see if I can pick one up but I feel like a receipt should have been sent upon return of the truck.Sualupe S.

Parking of the trailers were on the street as there wasn't a yard or specific parking lot that I could see for the equipment. Customer service was great.RICHARD S.
I used the 24 hour drop after hours and left it with two other trailers lined up at the curb in front of the building. 5 Stars though, for the ability to drop the trailer 24 hours. Once unloaded, the first thing you want to do is to get the trailer off of the back of the truck so you can start running errands around your new location.Danny S.

Said they couldn't print a rental contract because they didn't even have a printer. The truck they tried to rent us the drivers door lock was jammed and wouldn't unlock most attempts. Front fender had been in a accident. Overall, said was drivable so go to rent. Was polite but, didn't provide equipment and service I had always received from uhaul.Steven R.

Well they called me to switch locations from Provo where I originally wanted to pick up to this one, and then changed my time without telling me. So when I went to pick up the owner was unhappy, made me feel like the stupid one! Even though no one told me about the change in appointment time. Come to find out it was is small print in one of the 8 or so emails I got from U-Haul. Bottom line read all the fine print in all the tons of emails U-Haul sends.Jaxson E.
I had scheduled my pickup to be at Eagle Mountain Storage 9469 N Mount Airey Dr Ste B Eagle Mountain, UT 84005 When I arrived at my scheduled time, they didn't have the equipment. It would of been nice if I would have been notified. Instead I had to drive another 30 miles to pick up a trailer. This was extremely frustrating. And all I got was being told that I was lucky that I got the trailer that I picked up. What was the point of doing a reservation with a pickup location, if the customer must to go out of their way to pick the equipment up? That was additional time and money that I had to shell out. And when asked if I could get a discount for this, I was told flat out NOPE. Not cool at all!Bobby D.

When I arrived, the only employee there was on a bench out front, calling someone an asshole. Anything but professional. Then, we returned the trailer a day early. I messaged him and told him we were home a little early and that we would bring it that evening before closing or in the morning. Then he said, "Can you bring it before 6:30pm so I can rent it out the next morning?" I said sure. I told him we would be there about 6:00pm or earlier. My husband headed over with the trailer, all clean, at 5:30pm to find no one there!!!! So I texted him. He said, "sorry, I rented all my trailers out so I went home." I'm like, what the heck. So he told us to back it in and leave the trailer. My husband took pictures to verify it was there. Then I asked him if he was going to pro rate our price since we brought it back a day early so he could rent it out in the morning. He said, "Nope"!!! Very unimpressed. Will not recommend.Debbie W.

The drop off was great the guy communicated correctly and called us to check up and give us a time that worked better for the company when they opened. Our vehicle had damage from before we picked it up so we had to tell Uhaul at the first store and they said they knew and then we had to tell this guy at drop off and let him know we didn't cause the damage so it's kind of frustrating that Uhaul doesn't have a system in place saying this is what damage is already on vehicle not caused by customer.Mark W.

I was promised the truck I ordered would be on Heber, nope! It was in Orem 30 miles away, the truck was a mess. Once I was done moving I returned the truck with 51.00$ of gas , at the required place. THE LUMBERYARD dinged my card for another 19.78$ for gas. REALLY, I added the amount asked !!!!!!!! So ridiculous, to bad UHAUL is the only game in town! Or I wouldn't of used them. TO ALL, if you can use another moving company, do it. UHAUL sucks. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DARIN B.
