Great service
ROBERT EOrdered equipment (dolly and pads) were not in vehicle at time of pickup. Went to different location which was my original preferred location to pickup items, and the employee told me they had several trucks of the same size that I wanted; however, I was forced to switch to a different location for pickup.

Michael ENot sure if I missed it when I was making the reservation but I do not remember seeing anywhere that I would have to have two contacts for uhaul to call. I was picking up the truck at 9 pm at night and drove over an hour to get it, not too many of my friends or family want a 9 pm phone call. Maybe do better about setting the expectation before I put my credit card info in.

Aleatha BThe Star Valley location U Haul is in a transition of employment. The previous manager was working until a new employee was hired. She was an older lady like myself. We had to hitch thetrailer to my truck. Then unhitch it because the tongue of another trailer was under it. I had an appointment 2 hours away. This incident put me 40 minutes behind my schedule. I made my appointment barely in time. I like the Payson location on Tonto St much better. The employees are very reliable and efficient. I am in and out in no time and have always made my appointment where I was going in plenty of time without the stress the Star Valley location gives me.
