Barb is excellent, but the truck was not in good shape, as there was a terrible gas smell, which turned out to be extremely dangerous. See my comments regarding the return location. When I left the lot there was no message from U-Haul. Fifteen minutes later I have a message from U-Haul that says that I needed to take pictures of the license plate and if I didn't use the link to upload then I was fully responsible, for no reponse. The LINK was EXPIRED! Then U-Haul calls me and tells me that you have provided me with an extra 50 miles and that they were going to drop the gas level to 1/4 of a tank, from 3/8 due to the fact that they were changing my return location. And then they CHARGED ME EXTRA MILES!!!
Tom MNo one at location, used self-drop off. yard was open but office was closed. I could of used a little help unhooking the heavy trailer.
