MELISSA DTruck was empty on gas. Filled the truck up when I got it and left it with more gas than it had when I returned. Still got charged extra for it.
ZACKERY VThe employee was adament about me being incorrect with my reservation. Turns out he doesn't know how to read a calender or time. And didn't listen clearly to what my name was. He kept saying I had a reservation for a different time the next day.

Althaf HEnsure the trucks get cleaned between customers. The cargo box was not swept out. There was paper garbage behind the middle seat in the cab. The cup holders had dried liquid in the bottoms. Liquid splash marks on outside of middle console and front edge of middle and passenger seats. Also, the dozen moving blankets we ordered were not available. The (second) desk attendant would not provide a printed copy of our contract.
BETTY LPick up was originally at a different location. No truck there. Sent to the above location. Truck gas indicator was on Empty. I spoke to the attendant. He said put gas in the truck and let the drop off location know. Then I had to explain to the drop off location why I didn't fill the gas with gas. The truck had more gas in it at drop off than when I picked it up.
MARIA LI rented a truck and car dolly, when I returned them they forgot to mark off the car dolly as returned, I needed to go back and rectify it.
BRETT LKeep your trucks under better maintenance/check schedules. I had a defective padlock, as well as a defective seal on the cargo bay door. Rain leaked in and ruined some of my stuff. Not impressed by the lack of maintenance and the oversight. And forcing me to choose yes or no when you have 3 options available except your website won’t accept the 3rd option of “not applicable” then why have a 3rd option if you won’t accept the answer??????????
Erin BThe drop off locations parking lot was to small for this size of truck. If i wasnt an experienced truck driver, the truck would have been undeliverable to that location. Also, i was over charged for kms with no reimbursement, and i was charged for gas when i brought it back with the same amount of fuel..... Please contact me about this

Reginald PVariety store attendant struggled to be able to finish set up of the reservation. They might have been new. Owner didn’t answer their phone but answered their WhatsApp. The truck had dog hair all over the seats.

Al MWell..... your wipers are not great and your truck leaks and caused damage to my staging items. Wet chair? Mattress and mattress cover as well as a box thankfully inside items were ok. Truck was def not cleaned upon pick up either.
