I was a bit frustrated the truck nor the location had the blankets and dolly I had requested with reservation. They sent me to another location and they said they did not have the moving blankets for me. So I had to drive all the way across town, which cost me nearly an hour of my time. Fortunately, Rebecca at the Davenport location was extremely courteous, helpful and understanding. This made my experience better. Also, upon driving the truck, I noticed the air conditioning was not very cold. I contacted roadside assistance. It wasn’t “perfect” but after several calls and texts were were able to solve the problem. Overall I was satisfied with the experience.
KEVIN HHaving not rented a U-Haul before, the process was not explained. I was told to download the app, which I did. I was told to follow the instructions. The person then returned to the store. The pictures did not upload and I didn't have any assistance.
