I would not recommend picking up from this location. I had to wait for over an hour to pick up my rental. I arrived before my pickup time which was 10 and didn’t get out of there until 11:15. They were so slow, and I also did not feel safe at this location. I am so glad I had someone else with me otherwise, I don’t know what I would have done, especially since I had to wait so long in the store.

Didn’t have my dolly I had to go to another uhual location to get it, also it was in a liquor store.. weird place to get a U-Haul

SHELLY OTruck was in good shape and mostly clean. The floors had some debri on it and the cup holders were gross.
ADAM SI was a bit frustrated the truck nor the location had the blankets and dolly I had requested with reservation. They sent me to another location and they said they did not have the moving blankets for me. So I had to drive all the way across town, which cost me nearly an hour of my time. Fortunately, Rebecca at the Davenport location was extremely courteous, helpful and understanding. This made my experience better. Also, upon driving the truck, I noticed the air conditioning was not very cold. I contacted roadside assistance. It wasn’t “perfect” but after several calls and texts were were able to solve the problem. Overall I was satisfied with the experience.
