I was charged for moving pads, dolly and 2 wheeler. This location did not even have pads. They tried to remove the charges but it didn’t come off the total. The staff at this location were great I think the issue was the U-Haul web site.

I would not recommend picking up from this location. I had to wait for over an hour to pick up my rental. I arrived before my pickup time which was 10 and didn’t get out of there until 11:15. They were so slow, and I also did not feel safe at this location. I am so glad I had someone else with me otherwise, I don’t know what I would have done, especially since I had to wait so long in the store.
